if spend around 10k to trasnplant engine i rather go buy another 2nd hand gti or brand new gen 2 liao  .

i did alot of research and found out that wira can transplant 4g91 dohc 1500cc engine, mivec 4g92 or mivec 4g93, gsr 1.8 need pay undertable money and not 100 percent comfirm approve.  .

i might just end up transplanting 4g91 1.5 dohc 110hp manual  .
its power output should be equivelant to those 1.6 wira sohc  .

will be buying the half cut to install the dash board with digital aircond   

anyone recommend any shop or nice half cut shop that do the installation too with nice workman ship? 

yeap rm 50 can do 300-350 for 1.3gli, while 1.5 auto .. haih .. bos sad to say that.. auto consume much more petrol then manual

i convert my wira 1.5GL to to 4G92
smooth and good in feel, when over take not need to change low gear

with 4th gear can go up to maximum 180km/h

shinjite u said my wira 1.6 engine is 4G92P. That engine good ar? I found it that my fuel use up very fast. Maybe i press too hard sometimes. I heard my friend said 1.6 engine tuned by mitsubishi. Is that true?

So that means I can't do anything about my oh-so-screwy transmission right now? Oh man.....I don't wanna go through something so tiring as having to swap the transmission. But that aside, how much would it cost to replace it? I'd rather not pay more than 1.5K to do that.

wah, 165km/h for wira 1.5 with automatic gear box is fantastic... Specification only says 155km/h

From what i understand and experienced, the PWR (Power) mode changes gear at higher RPM (and usually wont change to the top gear at all) - so you have more power and faster acceleration. Also the gearbox downshifts quicker when you slowed down

Whereas the ECN (Economy) mode will change gears as normal, using the most fuel efficent setup as possible, and often it wouldnt really downshift to the lower gear unless its really slow.
