if tuning is perfect, FC should be same.
even on stock LC carb, tuning silap also can make FC bad. |

Change to disk brake is not considered upgrade for all situations.
Some member here already mention. Maintenance is higher, and the disc can warp or 'parit'. Rainy day need to be careful, most the time front disc won't makan, and you will be depending on the rear brake. If rear disc also won't makan, can imagine la. If you ask foreman, he sure tell you rear disc brake makan bila hujan one, then he blame if not makan is workmanship not good; brake pad kena brake fluid blah blah blah... Try first then decide. Either that, or the piston rusty and then brake the time cause the tyre to lock, and then you will skid. |

QUOTE(maeng129 @ Oct 8 2012, 01:04 AM) refering to the website, how exactly to hard brake in? 2nd 3rd 4th gear full throttle in street? Yes, full throttle at low speed. Not ask you to full throttle and go full speed. The idea is full throttle, at low speed. QUOTE(maeng129 @ Oct 8 2012, 01:04 AM) then letgo the throttle without pressing brake? yes, until you reach the speed, then let go, and biar the bike tarik the engine and slow down naturally.QUOTE(maeng129 @ Oct 8 2012, 01:04 AM) have to change gear when engine braking? when engine braking, cannot change gear. Since you already at top gear, just let bike slow down.Drop gear only when you want to do full throttle again. No need drop gear also can, just let gear 4 slow slow accelerate. QUOTE(gnola @ Oct 9 2012, 08:42 AM) i already replace my standard ekzos to NOB 1...my problem is i when i maintain 110km/h have a sometimes semput2 sikit...why ar? when u change ekzos, what else the foreman do?When's the last time service carburator and engine oil? what have you changed? |

QUOTE(Racerx @ Oct 18 2012, 02:17 PM) Exact model name? What's the largest size i can fit to the bike? Sorry if my questions sound stupid but i'm an absolute newbie when it comes to this bike You mean RM200 each? Or for both front and rear?I think Maxxis M6005, or something like that. I gathered that user feedback this is better than Maxxis Diamond MA-3D. I'm using Duro Taiwan. Haven't try wet grip, but I think it will do fine also. Front max size is 80/90, but depending on tyre model. Some tyre is bigger, and will melt front mudguard. Best fit is 70/90. Rear standard is 80/90, good fit is 90/80. |
