NewGUYI think a hard rider like you should own a 2 stroke, or give it a try. If I remember right, did you own a 125z before? Btw, 80000km already your bike? Time to overhaul liao.

mofacrazeWhy change auto-clutch so often? Perhaps because used wrong EO, and caused the clutch material to kembang. It happens with mineral EO, on a bike that is seldom ridden. Another reason is incorrect clearance. Even ori Yammy parts are locally made, no big deal about that.

Fuel consumption, one of my favorite topic:

RGV @ 90-100kmh GPS speed, 110-120kmh meter.
Fill tank: 4.5 liter
Highway: 260~280km per tank
City: 180~200km per tank

Check my fuelly stats here: http://www.fuelly.com/driver/alexei/rgv-120

Bro, is it Mikuni 30mm round slide? What's the PJ/MJ size used?
My other 2 stroke uses 32.5/190 IINM. Am wondering if it changes at all when used on a 4 stroke.
I googled a bit, and it seems LC would need to run with 35/155...

flat slide? tabik man... all I've heard it is difficult to tune.
good off throttle performance, but difficult to optimize flat torque curve.

D-slide (like keihin PWK carbs)
my foreman setting cun..smooth power delivery till 10k rpm..he say uma carb easier to tune than Mikuni flatslide
on penang to ipoh plus highway i maintain 10k rpm for 15 minutes no prob..and most of the time 6-9k rpm..

For someone to dial a 30mm carb right is impressive.
Money well spent.

ic.so those racing cdi will not have significant effect if others spec remain std. is that so?
*
Do you know what is CDI? Having the word 'racing CDI' doesn't transform your bike to something else. It's not magic.
You might as well buy a transformer sticker, and put it on. Just kidding.

A lot more work needs to be done to improve the engine, before adding a new CDI.
Putting in a racing CDI may have negative effect, since your engine is still stock condition.
Also, some racing CDI without TPS, is tuned in the way that it expects the rider to open full throttle ALL THE TIME... so it's not suitable for comfort road.

If the shop you buy the bike from have no problem with warranty, then go ahead.
