Maybe u can save just a little bit more and get the 55LM6700. Can get below 5K now. Really worth it. Unless u want the tv urgently. Hehe

Oh oh...now the LM6200 and LM6700 already go below 5K. And cjlai you can even get at 4.18k, i think is really tempting to me. Can PM me where you guys got your product and at what price for both LM6200 and LM6700.

But i am a bit confuse what is the diff between both Lm6200 and LM6700 as i read the CNET review mention both should almost the same.

TQ...TQ

LM6700 , LM6200, LM4610 is technically using the SAME 60hz LCD PANEL with fpr micropolarizer for 3d. The diff is its cpu and feature.

Lm6 has led scanning and interpolation. Lm6700 has local dimming.

If I you want pure 24p get the lm7600 with 120hz lcd panel.

Manufacturer rating of 120hz is actually referring to LED scanning, which is twice the LCD frequency. 120hz = 60hz actual, 240hz = 120hz actual.

My dad bought a 55 inch LG led tv, I watched it when I returned to home town, I was impressed with the picture quality when watching astro. Even though the channel is non hd but the picture is sharp. Need to say more when watching hd channel?

I am not sure what model is it. I am looking forward to buy this also. Currently I am using Panasonic tv but the pictures quality when watching non hd channel in astro is not good.

I think the price is pretty normal as the RM4.8k is not included the extra 2yrs warranty, just TV + 8 Glasses + Magic Remote..if want to add extended warranty need to be charged 3%/year from the purchased price (I took additional 2yrs apart from 2yrs manufacturer warranty so need to top-up RM288)..

but maybe you can still try to nego the price with them as I never really nego, i just ask what's the best price and straightaway buy (but told them I already surveyed around)..PM me if you guys still need the shop name as it quite famous with good and bad reputation..as for me I already bought three TVs from them never had a problem..

p.s the shop is at SS2

yes, the 'L' shop..but so far never had any prob, unit received was always in good condition and delivery also always within promise period..

btw so far got no prob with this unit, only some bleeding which i guess is pretty common with LED type..
