Find out which app is doing it and uninstall it. You can try using app such as addons detector to find the culprit.

i have been using cm9 stable build since the day it was release till today.
thats almost 1 month now.

i notice this rom have some bugs. it happens very frequently, enough to make me notice them.

1. sometimes when pull down notification tray, its completely empty, dont have any toggles, just a blank tray. lock and unlock again then they appear back.

2. sometimes receive a call, cant slide the middle bubble to the right to answer call, the screen simply doesnt respond to my touch, ringtone keep playing. i need to lock screen by pressing power button, unlock again only can answer call.

3. google talk when plug earphone, cant hear the other person talking, completely no sound. but music, games, and other sounds able to come out from earphone.

4. sometimes the status bar time freeze. i already untick the auto time zone update but problem persist. happen twice, but after clear cache and dalvic, so far nevery happen again. hopefully.

5. long press volume to skip track sometimes stop working, need to go settings untick and tick it again only it will work.

6. notification volume suddenly turn itself to minimum whenever it like. i did not press link to ringtone volume. i did not play or use the profile feature, i even try reset all profile to default. and obviously phone is not silent. i did not use the silent hours feature as well. this is the MOST ANNOYING BUG!

so much for "STABLE" release....getting very pissed off at CM9.....

well before this, i could get like around 14 hours with 3G constantly on, whatsapping, instagramming, messaging, like 2 hours+ calls. wifi turned on at home around 10pm+..

right now, it's like 10-15% drop every hour.

Hello everyone. I have a problem with my SGS2 G variant. Whenever i connect my phone to my laptop, it cant be detected. Thus i cant transfer files between my phone and laptop. I've downloaded KIES to my pc but still, it can't be detected. Any ways to solve this?

Currently i'm on Pandroid 1.992 + Siyah 4.1.1

1) Known bug. Have always had this issue but it rarely happens
2) Never encounter before
3) Dun use google talk so dunno about it
4) Never encounter before but had heard of people complaining about it (though its a very small group of people having this problem)

6) Never encounter before. But there is a bug if you listening to music using wired headphone and notification comes in the volume drop to very soft (this one is a known bug)

But basically, CM roms are never bugless, Just whether they are critical or irritate you.

Im on 3g as well most of time. Wifi autoschedule enable n disable..i can get around 15hrs with this setting

sigh....i wana retire from s2 rom flashing.
i have very high hopes for CM9 with the "STABLE" tag.

but its still buggy. bug 1-5 is annoying but still acceptable.
its bug 6 thats killing me.

next time people ask which is best rom,
instead of saying no rom is the best, choose one that suits you,
i should say, every rom is buggy, even official roms.
choose one that you can live with.

when using JB found 1 serious problem maybe due to modem firmware?
once a while will lose phone signal then after that maybe few minute need to enter sim lock code to get back the signal again no restart at all

this is happening to me total randomly
sometime phone ring for few times it turns to no signal again

Yeah thats the RIL bug that people on CM10 base rom is reporting. Some have it most don't. Developer got no idea what is the cause or how to fix it.

so it's not related to modem?
really love JB rom compare to ICS and GB
hope they come up with the solution soon enough

Well people been trying to change modem, some say its solve some say it does not. But from what i see, 2 people can be using the same modem at the same area and it still can happen to one guy but not the other. I really dun think its modem related. Will probably need sources for SGS2 JB rom to release then only can solve.
