That's why its called nightly. It comes out every night. Their build bot is programmed to make a rom everyday. But no one says you have to flash everyday. I usually check the changes and see if there is any need to flash the latest.

It's a standard procedure. You can ask for them not to erase, but they'll just erase it anyways.

if i flash a new updated rom like paranoid 1.6alpha to paranoid 1.7 do i need to re do thunderbolt flashing,script think again?even thought the instruction for the updated rom just clear cache not data..thanks in advandce

Yes, ThunderBolt! installs itself in the /system. Flashing a new ROM wipes /system.

based on my hearing, no, it increases the volume but will create distortions, unlike the voodoo louder that does not create distortions. Of course you can give it a try and hear for yourself, you may like it

in extweaks...there's an option "CFS tweaks"...it allow us to choose samsung defaults, linux defaults and thunderbolt script defaults....

what that option really do?

guys whenever i charge the phone it quickly jumps to 50-60%. then when it comes 100%, it will stay to 100% for a while and after a few minutes of usage it will drop to 70-60%. the battery read seems inconsistent. help me

i pull down the toggle, set to vibrate, but when receive message.
it still will make sound and got vibrate.

if i set it to silent, it will make sound and no vibrate.
i choose mute, also it got sound?

It is about the toggle.
It will change from Sound, Sound+Vibrate, Vibrate only etc according to your setting.
You can customize it using lidroid toggle.

just flashed older siyah 3.2 kernal. waiting for it to optimize apps at start up.

what is this lidroid toggle?
is it app? flashable zip?

is this an aokp common problem?
never heard people complaining about this.
