Many times wrong info. Occupied unit they stated as vacant. Occupied by tenant unit they stated occupied by owner. Etc.

p/s: oh ya, the unit is corner/end lot unit but they put as intermediate.

Is never ending lelong units actually from here.
1 studio size unit coming up at 225k.
3 more 9xx sqft units in the market. But all still at high prices. Probably need wait till next year then only worth looking at.

But the owner got another unit at Citizen, possible awaiting to enter lelong market as well.

I guess most probably wont be in the top rank list in 2020 once the Cyberjaya hospital start operating.

Yes all bank lelong units will be the same case. Didnt or stop paying the monthly required installment.

Will depend on which bank and also current stock in the market. As early as 3 months default in paying, bank will lelong the property.
