lots of foreigner renting this place..occupancy rate almost full.

for those doom and gloom people.. im sure Mutiara ville will have another 50 percent increase demand once hospital next door is completed. at least rental will increase if not the prop price.

The management really give you hard time, lift sampai sekarang tak repair, have been 3 month. better think twice before buy unit here, headache la. every week got new problem, fixing it take forever. nate beruk betul

This project I think at least will have slight future potential as the new Cyberjaya hospital will be completing soon end of this year.
