Recently just went to shop lots of Pangaea, just open 99 speedmart there which is good, but the rest of the occupied restaurants are occupied by middle east people, customers are all 99% foreigners. You wouldn't want to go there alone especially if you're a local female.

Does anyone know about Block D, E, F don't have internet. Apparently the management doesn't approve for TM or Time to come in and install. Heard frm my agent. Anyone can clarify? If so, tenants will hardly want to stay, esp. if they are students..

any owners here have untenanted fully furnished unit to rent out for 3 months? Oct to Dec... temporary renting due to renovation... can pay full 3 months up front...

anyone bought the block that comes fully furnished with GRR? worth buying? looks like the GRR cost been dialed into the selling price already

Just beware of GRR la... The Arc also facing problem already wf GRR.

If developer marked up to include the cost of GRR and guarantee to put aside monies for that purpose then it's ok, but how sure you are that the money will not be spent elsewhere. During bad times, a lot of developer also will hit cash flow issue. It's no brainer to guess which will be their priority, to survive or pay you?

Owner of Tower J, Mutiara Ville here. Seems like we have got a problem about renting out this property due to over supply. Any of you are planning to sell? Are we gonna lose 30% tax for it?

It seems like this thread turned out to be a dead thread. hahaha

Recently, I am getting confused with Seri Mutiara every month they will send out letter for progress claim and now achieved 2.(h) meaning that we are able to get VP early of April. But till now i didnt see any road completed instead of the building already reach superstructure stage but they still not install window and even paint the building yet.

What are they trying to proof? charging us without really complete the tasks? the architect who approve pun one of their kroni ka?

Other than recent completed phase punya telegram and FB page, any other sosial channel for phase 3? we need to start to unite/gather so easily to throw our nasty words if they cannot promise what they had promised earlier hahaha

pity me buying this phase 3. pfft

The tax 30% is upon profit, if u sell at purchased price, there will be no tax levied.
