This month anyone received the rental for block c?

Received for aug finally. But recently developer delay on rental, for the pass two years they are doing good and paid on time, don't know what is happening now, a bit worry the GRR for block C.

GRR is applicable to all units or selected units depending on whether the owner take it or not?

Yes, last time is....DUring the 1st week, about on 7th i think.

Aug rental received on 30/8..

Later if we din trace the record, they might claim that is early rental for SEPT.

Any one know that there will be a new mixed development by the same developer nearby in Cyberjaya (nearby Sejati if not mistaken)? I passed by there saw the hoarding, indicated there will be international school, medical center, shopping mall. Where can I get the details? Couldn't find from their current website.

It's Aceville. For now they r building the international school (king Henry college) first and should be ready by 3Q next year. The rest no idea when they will start.
