How much is the unit after discount in block c? The issue is the upgrade package of block c. The spa price is only 100k, that is why being rejected. But for subsales, the spa selling price will be base on bank evaluation which is unlikely be less than 500k.

After discount, 550k ringgit

I went for a small unit in block B instead of the BMW. Good choice???
Seriously, I think is a good deal, taking into consideration of the size of the parkland, the landscape, the archways, the sculptures, the good building orientation, great floor plan, good amenities such as the olympic size pool, up and coming and well cares location and also area where green is also present.

I took the plunge! There is absolutely nothing as rewarding than having the perfect home.
Of course, the perfect home will only come materialize provided SDB deliver what they promises...I have faith in Ms Teh to follow through on her commitment, she want to shine in her customer's eyes....strong impression and trust are very important to a good developer.

You just don't take my words for it, please do some research on similar type properties and compare...are you paying too much on a psf basis, but beware, don't overanalyze a property and missing great opportunities.
Ultimately, it will have to suit your budget and your needs, there is no real sense of looking at it if it doesn't meet what you want.

Great news! With easy access to these 2 MRT Lines, just imagine how convenient it is for WOTP residents....we will be able to reach most major areas of the Greater KL/Klang Valley region by using the MRT public transport network. Without a doubt, WOTP is in a great location....while property markets can rise and fall, no one can take a great location from you. rclxms.gif

WOtp is definitely a good buy....In iskandar Malaysia, 99 years leasehold condo 900sqft...the price is about 800k liao

I was told a wealth management company has bought 100 units of signature suites at SDB's The Hub development at a price of Rm950 - Rm1000 psf
SDB's Sqwhere SOVO price from Rm700 psf, latest more than 90% sold...
Sqwhere service apartments, will be launched next year, heard is going for rm800 psf onwards...

SDB's products does not come cheap.....but looking at the price of WOTP of rm500+ psf, and come with big parkland and earthquake resistant.and the 5 sustainable features..is really value for money....some condos in Ipoh, Malacca and even in Kota Bahru, are already selling for rm500 and above psf. Those buyers who bought WOTP early at below rm500 psf.....untung lor...

Want to buy WOTP? Better hurry .....when the final one is sold, it will be difficult to find another rare gem like WOTP.
I was told, what are left are only big units.....you really need a deep-pocket to get one.....there are a lot of people out there with deep-deep-pocket....no problem

last time, i nearly purchased WOTP unit....ended up didnt buy it cus 916sqft is declared as medium cost apartment....Foreigner cannot own 916sqft unit....the price is OK.....ended up with the RM8000 refund...

WOTP is a good buy except fr 916sqft.....it is declared as medium cost apartment....in the future, it might cause big implication for resale purpose........
