No, its wrong. It is the rules that foreigner cannot buy any properties below 500k. There is no restriction whether what kind of classification of the house.

How much is the unit after discount in block c? The issue is the upgrade package of block c. The spa price is only 100k, that is why being rejected. But for subsales, the spa selling price will be base on bank evaluation which is unlikely be less than 500k.

I went for a small unit in block B instead of the BMW. Good choice???
Seriously, I think is a good deal, taking into consideration of the size of the parkland, the landscape, the archways, the sculptures, the good building orientation, great floor plan, good amenities such as the olympic size pool, up and coming and well cares location and also area where green is also present.

SDB's products does not come cheap.....but looking at the price of WOTP of rm500+ psf, and come with big parkland and earthquake resistant.and the 5 sustainable features..is really value for money....some condos in Ipoh, Malacca and even in Kota Bahru, are already selling for rm500 and above psf. Those buyers who bought WOTP early at below rm500 psf.....untung lor...

Want to buy WOTP? Better hurry .....when the final one is sold, it will be difficult to find another rare gem like WOTP.
