Heard Casa Green selling pretty fast. They already started the second block..
Although I still think WOTP is a much better place to stay but not the best investment choice for high rise in that area. More new condos coming up along balakong area.. still none are as good as WOTP but it somehow will affect its value. Just sharing my thoughts.

I also manage to get loan.. But it's for 38 years.. I have asked the banker to revise the agreement such that the bank loan is for 30 years.. Worry about the high interest .
