I have checked With my relatives regarding on the 916sqft unit@680k.. The price was increased due to the following:-

-MRT corp has confirmed that there will be public bus service between Bandar Tun Hussein Onn MRT station and WOTP. The journey is about 5 mins.
-90% of Block C already sold off.
-The vicinity is surrounded by high end bungalow and semi D

Investing on Youcity is more risky than WOTP...As u aware, the success of Youcity will rely solely on the MRT station.. If the MRT project is stalled, the project will become white elephant.. Youcity is surrounded by very run down buildings..WOTP is different class as it is located within the High END residential development at Bandar Tun Hussein Onn.Once WOTP is completed, My opinion is that the price will increase Atleast 20%... Look at SDB's Five Stones at SS2, initially public have doubt about this project..This project is approaching completion, the price has appreciated by 50%...
