Ya. should be. since those buying this large size is hard to rent. i don't think their renting. most probably for own stay. And since own stay. the larger the better as long as they can get the loan. Big family maybe, or they may want other utility rooms. haha.

went to sales office last week, looks like block A is about 95% sold and block B with 70% sold. The block A progress at site is at 4-5 floor height...

Unit from 1049sf to 1367sf. pretty good size. but seems liek no balcony? and the masterbedroom way too biggg. i rather they make the masterbathroom large size with a nice bath tub.

Looks like there are a lot of new developments in BTHO...bungalows, semi D, 3 storey terrace, condos, shops, MRT station...is going to be an area with a bright future.

Frankly, I think the Wotp delay is not cause by al-ambia. It was cause by the piling company I believe. The progress are pretty fast nowadays.

I made booking on Nov & sign SPA on Dec (once my loan been approved)... SA chase me like hell to sign the SPA,  macam takut I dun want to buy. . Kekek. .

Yeap I've passed by the flood risk area nearby the Lumiere site/sales gallery there.
and yeap agreed SDB wont stupid till lets their luxury condo being badly flooded. and this should have been approved by authorities too. But bear in mind also, many condos are risky in flooded in malaysia, does that mean their developer so dare till never get approved from authority in the first place? Well just take becautious better. Do ensure this with your SA/SDB.

Went to WOTP's neighbour Lumiere sales gallery...quite an impressive and beautiful condo...nice concept.
The lush greenery of WOTP can be admired and enjoyed by our neighbour, Lumiere, and WOTP can enjoy the "Light" from Lumiere...like a symbiosis relationship...living together with mutual benefit.
I hope the owner of the vacant piece of land in front of Lumiere and beside WOTP will build another luxury condo...this will make the area really nice...
