Yesterday

We ( block A and B buyers) at resort club were actively talked about the possibility of getting LAD.

We noticed some area especially ground floor C and D are not accessible right now. Due to on going works at Block C and D tower.

our SPA clearly mentioned VP include whole areas of common facilities ( be in level 1) or our ground floor.

so, now ground floor C and D not accessable and the cert dated 4 may 2016 what we received. LAD for facilities

I will collect key this week

submit the claim from developer on facilities not fully ready/ available during vp especially located at bloack c which no ccc yet

can get LAD on your purchase price. that was what written on our Sales & Purchase Agreement.

Overall happy with the products.

Only not happy with

1) the kitchen cabinet - white color again white why all white white white
2) lift is not fuctioning
3) Facilities are not ready to use. Gym, Sauna, Changing room, Games Room, Liabiry, Swimming pool, Car Washing bay etc etc.
4) Too many CCTV. from car park to my floor i have counted 8 CCTV.
5) Too many doors and need to scan access card too often
6) Facilities too much. Maintenance fees will be very high in future.


Very Happy with

1)Quality.
2)The view overlooking lake and the green Jade hill.
3)Security team - Using Gamuda Group of compnay- Bestari
4)Gamuda team should be able to deliver good maintenance
5)So many trees and parks/ garden.
6)Free 3 biji water heater
7)intercom system high quality
8)aircon piping inverter. no curi ayam. piping all done nicely

If high maintenance fees our ROI will be sibeh jialat low.

To those that already get keys.

don't forget to claim your LAD for common areas still not ready by devloper. especially facilities at block c and d which still under construction and no CF yet.

If you don't need the money. Take the LAd and donate it to the poor. Don't let developer go, and not doing what its suppose to do under our spa.

don't discourage by deny . Developer will keep deny.

I have received letter to collect my keys. Block C.

I saw many org putih in out at block a n b.

Saw 7 eleven noticed board Rent out for 1500 for 2 beds / 1800 for 3 beds

Rent is low.

How is the maintenance of block a n b?

If can please don't built road linking jade hill to c180

It is safe , clean, quite, green, fresh and peaceful now and wish the same until I go heaven.
