Need to be 15 floor and above then can see...
Seems that my 2-room 700 sqft at 330k is a good bit nowadays...corner unit some more.. drool.gif

Congrats.. the setback this is a leasehold project whereas other cheras projects r freehold..

I suppose hv to pay at least 20% premium 4 freehold. Ekocheras block H xSoho selling rm700psf onwards.

Should be mixture of freehold and leasehold...what I mean is those closer to kl city percentage of leasehold is higher

Montena price is their selling point...more affordable price and giving above average
Quality...environment is quite comfortable. ..although is leasehold but it almost fully furnished even plaster ceiling with lighting
Rental part aim for those with tight budget ..
Ekocheras is a 3 in 1 combo. ..MRT + FREEHOLD commercial + prime location. ..target those look for lifestyle living...

Both project have their own target and market...most important is their price is safe bit..montena affordable price and yet giving basic needs and ekocheras higher price but giving something extraordinary. ..

100% sure, it is clearly stated in the additional agreement ...smile.gif
this project offers different package, is depend on which package you take.
FYI, i am the very first batch of purchasers of this project, even before the sales gallery was setup....
my furniture package is not as full as the package after price increase, but with 7% discount on the earliest old price....end up is about 280K high floor 1 room unit and 330K 2 room corner unit very high premium floor...smile.gif

anyway, it has sky garden with sky kitchen...height is more than enough to view KLCC, please refer to the photo that i posted previously...
another interesting feature of this project is it has 2 entrance into the carpark, on is on basement and another is on higher level, means no matter which level of carpark you are allocate, the turning inside carpark is lesser compared with those standard ellevated carpark...

i think it is compulsory for water sprinkle for soho...but the pipe will be covered inside the plaster ceiling..only having the head..
