I suppose hv to pay at least 20% premium 4 freehold. Ekocheras block H xSoho selling rm700psf onwards.

FYI, i am the very first batch of purchasers of this project, even before the sales gallery was setup.... my furniture package is not as full as the package after price increase, but with 7% discount on the earliest old price....end up is about 280K high floor 1 room unit and 330K 2 room corner unit very high premium floor...
