I took this picture last week, and according insider news, they are now full force doing the ground work and piling, in which is the most time consuming part.
Previously they can't do in Sat due to the complaint from neighbourhood, but now no choice to do even in Sat. Hope can see a bit of structure few months later. BTW, the shoplots besides seems quite fast, and it is belonged to the same developer Attached thumbnail(s) |

Recently received billing for commencement of pilling and Public bank delay their disbursement to Fame Modulation.. and end up FM keep charging me interest of 10% day by day compound.. any other here encounter the same problem?

hi buyer/owner,
i received billing for commencement from UOB bank. (this is where i got my loan). called my panel lawyer twice to make sure they will pay out the right amount at the right time. the lawyer firm located at midvalley menara igb, said they will settle it. i didn't get late interest charges, so i guess its already settled. a myth to remember: soft launch : don't know (anyone can tell?) grand launch : august 2012 (with showroom) bought my unit : january 2013 (s&p) expected delivery : end 2015 (36 months for high rise) fully furnished : 6 months extra = JUN/JULY 2016. i guess the final delivery date is around as stated above. should we start a name list of buyer/owner here? or create a group in Facebook perhaps. let's gather and share ideas This post has been edited by kwongwee: Jan 10 2014, 04:19 PM |

I would love to gather force here to create a FB page for all buyer for information sharing.
Anyone dont mind being the web master or admin of the FB page? haha.. If no volunteer here I will create one and share out the link later on.. My S&P is signed on Oct 2012 Mine is 1 BR and initially bought it for own stay but i dont mind renting it since i am staying at another places so its okay for me either way.. another thing to take note is that I realize their progress is slow comparing similar project around that place near Phoenix.. I have signed my S&P for 1year and 4 months and still dirt all i can see?? |

Hi all,
I think I might be one of the very first buyer, as when I booked my units, the office don't even ready yet, it should be around May 2012. I signed my SPA in Aug 2012, but please bare in mind that the 42 (36+6) months is from SPA date or building plan approval date (Jan 2013) whichever later, means the start date should be Jan 2013 instead of Aug 2012, so the VP date should be mid 2016. I purchased 1 2BR and 1 1BR, plan to sell the 2BR after VP and hopefully can rent the 1BR after VP. Ject kor, please count me in when you open the FB page ya... |
