I am staying in Alam Damai, the ijm one was selling at rm 450 per sf.
Wonder how much this one going to be? |

Is LH, 692 sf sold out! About 490psf but can get Early bird discount.DIBS free build in cabinet and aircond.

If i can remember correctly, it is from RM 500 psf onwards or price point fr RM 300k onwards for smallest unit. Each floor increase RM 1-1.2k heard this is without HDA, so would be purely SOHO office. ( anyone can clarify this ) |

Launching on this coming 04-Aug-2012.
Block A are all sold out during soft launch. Now Opening for Block B for 657sf units only x RM490/sf = RM321,930.00. 1 block has 21 floors.Each floor will increase RM1k for each units. Worth to buy? Any opinion? |
