Can anyone advise how many years warranty does the BitFenix Phenom ITX and Shinobi chassis comes with? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I assume the warranty is facilitated by reseller Permanent Premium Technologies and disti Inter-Asia? Any other known authorised reseller other than PPTek that will help facilitate the warranty if the need arises?

well we do have other official resellers such as Idealtech, just have yet to get the complete list to update the front page.

However, there is no need to worry, all you as a consumer need to do is to return the defected goods to the shop where you bought them from and they'll handle the exchange with the distributor

Just got my case 3 days ago. Bitfenix prodigy white.

where you bought from?

I bought it fom pc shop in kuching, rm350. Much expensive. Non window.

1 year warranty will be provided if you buy from authorized reseller only.

Are you bringing in parts like windowed side panel or front panel for prodigy?

If buying from GS seller will still RM40-50 cheaper with postage included , local shops just overpriced on some items....

Its almost the same. I've asked GBros, Lingloong and a few of them.
I am thinking of modifying the casing to put ATX mobo inside.

I dun think it can fit ATX with its height, mATX only most probably.
Modding gonna cost u time and money again lol.

if you can mod to fit an ATX mobo inside, do let me know you'll be the first in the world IINM

So we have 2 distros for bitfenix?

I plan to remove everything inside the case including the PSU slot.

Seems like i will not be the 1st.

Well, if remove everything u still need to make the backplate for mounting your mobo. Need sort of planning, design, and making it works. Kinda time consuming for lazy ppl like me , I may just opt to get another ATX chasis that is small enough.

Atm, i will just stick to ITX mobo. All i need is to redesign a few thing and proper cable management from better air flow.
Still surveying a decent WC setup.
