Can anyone advise how many years warranty does the BitFenix Phenom ITX and Shinobi chassis comes with? Thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I assume the warranty is facilitated by reseller Permanent Premium Technologies and disti Inter-Asia? Any other known authorised reseller other than PPTek that will help facilitate the warranty if the need arises?

Thanks for the note Clem. However I have found that not all resellers whether authorised or not would agree to facilitate warranty claims even if you have bought the items from them and both principle and disti back the full warranty. This used to be endemic 10-15 years ago where the end-user has to claim for his own warranty from the principle, but nowadays majority of the authorised resellers help facilitate full warranty back to disti in order to differentiate themselves from the old-style traders. As for me as a consumer, I'm all for better customer service.

Thank you for the update. This certainly helps to know where I can get BitFenix chassis with 1-year warranty. BTW you need to add the new products ie Phenom etc into the product list. What is the ETA of Phenom into the official stores?
