At 1.04, net yield would be around 6.6%.

Accumulated few small batches. price range 5.8-5.9. Not so cheap though. If fall below 5.80, will buy some more.

I have zero plantation yesterday. But today, out of mopika, i bought back first batch of bkawan.
KLK got 48% immature/young trees, not bad also. Got quite a lot of plantations lands in Indonesia too, that made it more defensive than SOP's largely connected with East Malaysia's government. And 15sen dividend ex in one more day.

I also dunno why. Maybe because I'm still deadfully stucked by its cheap valuation but with same yield. It's trading at PE 10x where KLK at 16x now.

Added on July 10, 2012, 3:37 pmI'm afraid my cash may dry out before GE. No patient to wait for the crash, guess I'll be riding on the crash later with half of mine being "more defensive" stocks. Now left around 12% cash only, from 20%.

my fire mostly shooting reits recently, so kind of they called "defensive".

even for a holding company, a discount approaching 50% is kind of unreasonable, i think.
I also shoot IPOs, but so far none got. Now waiting IHH results. Oh, but i also got VIP seat for IGBReit by shooting Kassets.

this one yield better than reits. above 9% i think.

however, there are 5 to 6 stocks of mine that are short term play only. Can sell anytime i like, just wait for them to move up to their neck then can sell already.

How come it said yield is 5.5%? But master Moppy's calculation for RM1 IGBReit as proposed by the IGB has a gross yield of 7.7%! Who is wrong eh?

Added on July 12, 2012, 4:06 amKUALA LUMPUR: Mudajaya Group Bhd and Gadang Holdings Bhd have received a letter of acceptance from Mass Rapid Transit Corp Sdn Bhd for jobs worth over RM800 million each.

In a filing to Bursa Malaysia yesterday, Mudajaya said that the project was for the construction and completion of a viaduct guideway and other related works from the Dataran Sunway Station to Section 17 in Petaling Jaya.

The company said that the works project is valued at over RM816.243 million and works are expected to be physically completed by February 2016.
