presbhd test water at 1.30 today. lets see if could stay above, then 1.50 coming. My target 1.80, but no fundamental and TA support one, just gambling one.

QUOTE(cckkpr @ Jul 6 2012, 12:13 PM) Bought 1.73 and cabut at 1.91 after notice closing price falling below opening price. looks uptrend. maybe can break 2.00 soon.... Thinking of having a second look. Added on July 6, 2012, 12:18 pm QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Jul 6 2012, 12:11 PM) Now is retail fever season. Pavreit yield already approaching below 4%. No one want office/warehouse now. Fear of over capacity is all around. My basket waiting for around 2.70, maybe possible. Year end 3.00? I think quite possible actually. Added on July 6, 2012, 12:25 pmWhy Genting want to fight with Park for Echo? Echo price already up 30% now from their newsflow. Park seems so aggressive on taking over Echo, no need fight with him lah as he is local where Genting is foreigner, how to fight? Please just sell the stake and pay us special dividend. QUOTE(panasonic88 @ Jul 6 2012, 12:30 PM) lAlex blog about BJAsset Read that too. But my mind still suffer from the fear of VT style. This fear is much stronger than Euro crisis fear. Berjaya Times Square Reits lol Share price doesnt reflect anything yet But BTS... I rather go shopping at Pavillion. http://nexttrade.blogspot.com/2012/07/bjas...with-twist.html A great recent example is how he deal with Cosway that only benefit himself but not to the berjaya group. Bjcorp share price is now 0.765, down from 1.25, down from 1.80, in just 2 years+ time. |

K-pop is like this: male only like girls band, and female only like boys band.
So a no no for BAP or 2pm, disgusting. But love GG and Kara. |

QUOTE(Icehart @ Jul 6 2012, 12:43 PM) On stocks, I very realistic one, no emotional. As for IGB case, the management plans on expansion even abroad, and we are seeing Midvalley is not a dead mall but a gem-like mall. Its rental fees also not that expensive, just about the same as Sungai Wang. So for IGB, should be bullish. As for KLCCP, KLCC mall and office is good. However, the rental and assets value are already at peak. So it's actually more risky. However, its location is also the golden area of KL. So the question comes in weather Malaysia's properties price can sustain or not in future few years. I simply talk only, don't take it too seriously. |

QUOTE(SKY 1809 @ Jul 6 2012, 03:45 PM) Thanks. Banks dominates large amount of money on CI. They want let gomen funds buy at low, then play this year's rally for GE celebration. But last year in Sept, most local analysts downgraded our banks to Euro standards. Now they start to up grade Banks to Overweight. Kinda do not what to say |

1620 coming.
1650 on its way.... Added on July 6, 2012, 3:58 pm QUOTE(cherroy @ Jul 6 2012, 03:40 PM) With no sign of NPL rising, stable interest rate, and margin (difference between BLR and FD rate), loan growth at double digit, LOL! I don't see how banks won't register an improved earning. You are repeating what exactly what you said few months ago. See I'm your big fan. This post has been edited by yok70: Jul 6 2012, 03:58 PM |

I don't know how itrade charged for buying shares in foreign market.
I just tried once to test water, and found that it's sssssuper expensive! The contract statement I received stated as followings (in RM that cimb itrade converted from HKD) price: 2.224723 (from HKD5.39) gross amount: 4449.45 brokerage rate: 0.42% brokerage amount: 61.91 (how they come out this number?? 0.42% of 4449.45 is just 18.69!) contract stamp: 5 misc charges: 24.89 (this one, for local stocks I bought, it's blank) amount due: 4541.25 This means fees charges is more than 2%! Don't forget when selling, another 2%. That means a loss of 4%, pretty close to buying unit trust 5.5% already! However, I am not sure if spending more money on one transaction may decrease the percentage on fees charges or not. This post has been edited by yok70: Jul 9 2012, 03:39 AM |

The Edge Model "virtually bought" $28k Genting last week, follow by $40k Gab this week. Reducing its cash reserve to 30% from beginning of June's 42%. Meaning the model "virtually bought" $80k stocks since June.
People seems start getting out of patient holding too much cash already. GE late late still not arrives, naughty QE macam tak tahan hiding anymore. |

KUALA LUMPUR: Coastal Contracts Bhd has secured sales orders worth RM446 million for 10 offshore support vessel (OSV) units, its biggest orders since February last year.
This is expected to contribute positively to the Sabah-based shipbuilding group's earnings in the current financial year and the next, it told the stock exchange yesterday. Its executive chairman Ng Chin Heng said the latest contracts would "significantly" strengthen the group's vessel sales order book.
