Kassets still has unlimited sellers. I thought at current price, IGBreit's gross yield would be 7.x%? And the reit will be listed in Sept, just 2 months ahead? So why they sell? Because they want to goreng other stocks? They don't like their 30% cash to be freeze for 6 months or so?

Since buying at downtrend, try to play "catch bottom game". This post has been edited by yok70: Jul 4 2012, 05:27 PM |

And the news flow begins....
The Ministry of Finance (MOF) has teamed up with Microsoft Malaysia Sdn Bhd to launch the 1Vendor Development Program (IVDP) to boost the capabilities of local IT vendors. Microsoft Malaysia managing director Ananth Lazarus said 475 MOF-registered IT contractors will be trained and certified under the first phase of the programme from July to December this year. He added that Microsoft Malaysia had reinvested about RM2 million for the programme and should all go well, the second phase will be continued next year. "As with any programme that is new, we want to measure the milestones, the quality of how we do things and the output we deliver back to the country," he told reporters after the launch by Minister of Finance II, Datuk Seri Ahmad Husni Mohamad Hanadzlah yesterday. Currently, there are about 3,500 registered IT vendors with MOF. Over time, Lazarus said they would like to scale all of the vendors. Prestariang Systems Sdn Bhd was appointed as 1VDP training and certification provider. The company has partnered Microsoft Malaysia since 2003 and it is the only Microsoft's large account reseller and certified partner for learning solution. Lazarus said according to IDC, global IT spending will grow to US$1.8 trillion (RM5.69 trillion) and emerging markets like Malaysia will continue to have a big impact on the growth. 1VDP will train and certify IT contractors registered with MOF with competency training on Microsoft products Read more: Programme to boost Malaysia IT vendors' capabilities http://www.btimes.com.my/Current_News/BTIM.../#ixzz1zeVK5AaX Added on July 4, 2012, 7:31 pmI have this feeling that they are trying to make Johor a Penang clone.... JOHOR BARU: Johor has identified two locations in Sedenak and Kulaijaya to be developed into capital-intensive Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) hubs. Menteri Besar Datuk Abdul Ghani Othman said with the EMS hubs, the state would be moving up the value-chain and focus more on capital intensive investments for the electronic and electrical (E&E) sector instead of labour-intensive activities. "The 323.74ha site in Sedenak belongs to the state investment arm Johor Corporation, while another site, the 404.68ha is located near the Senai International Airport," Abdul Ghani said here yesterday. Cimb hard sell Mudajya and Wct on their Construction paper. I tried to attach here but failed because of file size too large (only slightly over 3MB actually).
Likely pre-election driven newsflow continues to anchor our Trading Buy call. The sector is not an Overweight given the overhang from Malaysia’s general election. WCT and Mudajaya are now our top picks as contract flows are likely to pick up, backed by better job visibility. They replace IJM Corp and Gamuda, which still stand to benefit from large-scale contracts. We expect the sector theme for 2H12 to be transport infrastructure, specifically large-scale rail and highway projects. We estimate that RM95bn worth of highway and rail jobs could come onstream from this year onwards. A bonus in 2H12 would be specialised foundation/earthworks for Rapid, KLIFD and the RRI land, which could be worth a combined RM3bn. We expect total domestic contract job awards in 2012 to hit RM30bn-35bn, more than triple the record in the past two years. WCT and Mudajaya are more optimistic about contract awards, noting that order book visibility for 2H12 has improved. We expect both companies to bag some substantial jobs in the near term. Potential job wins for these companies could top RM1bn in 2H12 and extend beyond the MRT. These stocks are trading at the steepest discounts to RNAV (45-57%), relative cheap CY12-13 P/Es of 5-11x, and offer the largest upside of 27-39%. |

Added on July 6, 2012, 11:26 am QUOTE(funnybone @ Jul 6 2012, 11:14 AM) The REITs are boosting upwards now. Guess the uncertainties in the stock market make investors to divert money into REITs nowadays reit is too heat. no more like last time. look at cmmt, yesterday up 7% today down 4%, more volatile than all blue-chips.
