No choice, I have to give-up and signed snp with Youcity. Although 1KM above but price acceptable for me with 2carpark & Leisure Mall viewing point.

I try my luck this morning give a call ( 10 am like that) , Sales Agent say don hurry we still got limited unit, you can come sales office to take a look.

So i was very happy and go down to take a look (rough 2 pm), and sales agent say sold out , just now got one investor "SAPU" 20 units =.="

Now only left big corner unit 2 bed room RM 800k jump

Put my name on waiting list, but already page 1 bottom, no hope -,-""

Was told that if u turn into the police academy there, there is a way to reach taman suntec without paying toll

Called to the office to check some details, but after the receptionist pass me to the sales & marketing department, then no body answered and it kept ranged for few minutes and then finally putus. Sales too good and the sales & marketing staff so busy hor? drool.gif

Can any one tell me what are the sizes like? I just know the smallest is 762sf.

Find it hard to accept a 1 room duplex SOHO at RM500k even though next to MRT. The duplex upstairs cannot possibly create another room due to space available. Understand that for the duplex downstairs, there is no shower piping available at the bathroom downstaris

Even Ascendia studio at prime location at Taman Tun MRT with 500 sf selling at RM1000psf is also RM500k

Both are freehold, both near a vibrant commercial center (Taman Segar and Taman Tun commercial area.

You can argue from Ekocheras can take MRT to KLCC in few stations but Ascendia also can reach One Utama and the Curve in few station

Even the resident and tenant profile of the 2 areas also very different if u know what I mean

If you accept the argument that both are 1 room and one 762 sf and one 500 sf, if you want to get RM2000 or more rental per month, which one easier?

I went on Sunday noon time. Blk J discount 5% near mrt & Leisure Mall but left big unit 800k, while blk H facing KLCC no discount.

Left few unit on blk H but facing bkt segar. No klcc view. Forgot the actual price around 550k +1 carpark.

Ucity beside tmn suntex mrt station & wet market (will upgrading to 2sty market).

Yes, 1 saga toll go in to ucity but go out is free from toll. If go in can use tmn cuepacs/alam jaya free from toll.

actually, for the sake or argument only, if comparing 762sf and 500sf and rental for both is RM2k, i would go for 762sf. lol

nevertheless, can't comment on the tenant profile. don't know about it. lol

MRT Semantan & Pusat damansara stations also play a crucial part for Ascendia studio many big corporate office around there like the big 4. also future DC (Damansara City). the parking space there are even more expensive than some of the prime KL city centre car park.
short term sure Ascendia. but EKO also won't lose out for long run, with cochrane Ikea, TRX, sunway velocity, revive of phoenix plaza etc....
