QUOTE(Misteripunyaolang @ Jul 9 2012, 06:03 PM) I smoke 20 stick per day and also a very lazy runner. Manage to finish SCKLM HM, but very slow. 2.45 was my time. Dont know whether the smoking or laziness that contribute to my slow pace hmmmm this is legend!!! i knew a guy smoking too and ran FM able do sub5 While waiting for the race to start, i usually puff a stick at a hidden spot while other serious runner is busy warming up hahaha. |

QUOTE(heliora10 @ Jul 23 2012, 02:48 AM) rm65 eh? feels a little pricey heh, will have to save up for it haha 1)Rm65 for me quite ok, now days 1 race aldy cost us rm50+where do you guys run and do your weekly LSD? i just ran 4 rounds at tmn met kepong on saturday, my longest run thus far at 13.8km...legs not used to it man, sore like hell after heh do you guys use any app to track? i started with endomondo at first, but pisses me off after a while when i couldn't amend the route easily if the GPS goes haywire, on runkeeper then, and now looking at dailymile 2)mostly we do LSD at puchong kinrara, cause alot hill, wider road, alot trees... 3)Slowly increase the mileage, always listen to your body...if not it will lead u to injury (true story) 4)Last time i using Micoach, quite nice...but i keep running in same place and i aldy know the distance. So i dint use it anymore...just use my normal digital watch to count my time and my memories to measure my distance, pace and speed, By the way this will help keep my mind fresh all the way Added on July 23, 2012, 11:42 am QUOTE(SticH @ Jul 22 2012, 09:26 PM) Thanks for the tip guys, but currently Im focusing the technique of running, can't seems to run with ease... and trying to learn sprinting too How to run n running technique??i think every1 know how to run when 2-3yrs old... by the way when i start my long distance running, im a heelstriker that most people running in this style, but it will damage your shoes faster and it might cost injury to your knee. (what is heelstiker?? GOOGLE IT) After that i hear alot runner said midfoot running, so i use google and youtube, found a video bout midfoot running, slowly i learn from youtube...and keep practicing till today and i still practicing to make it perfect Bout sprinting, guess every1 know how to sprint...cause we learn it during 2-3yrs old too Sprinting is bout how many energy u can put down and how much breath u had... same as above practice make perfect This post has been edited by dude1218: Jul 23 2012, 11:45 AM |
