i done with the firmware update. thru kies.

any improvements. i dono. i do sense the pause between apps and returning to the desktop is slightly shorter.

other than that not much difference. about 350Mb free memory just after restart, if that mean anything.

Hi guys, just got my blue S3 yesterday.

MobileOdin got nothing to do with wipe or non-wipe.
It the firmware itself. Some firmware might wipe your phone but mostly it do not wipe. As a precaution..always do backup before flashing :-)

I am running nimpo now as well. not overclocking to 1800mhz, just keep at 1600mzh.

Also running latest Wanam XXALF6 Deodexed Stock ROM now. (not the WanamLite edition)

it works, with a bit of technic. u have to bring it to your year in perpendicular fashion. if u slide it to your ear it won't work. the phone likes to see your ear coming. if u surprise the phone suddenly your ear appear from nowhere it merajuk. something like that.

Ok now this sucked. Apparently. XP can't detect my phone and I did not bring my laptop over to my workplace. = =" Office pc still uses XP ffs.

Now what should I do? I need to transfer several big files into my new memory card. Even installed the USB driver but can't do anything to check my memory card.

yeah xp can't detect my phone too. i didn't try hard enough though, coz i had alternative. vista and above ok.

sigh.. ever since i cancelled the update yst evening to remind me 3 hours later.. cause i wasnt running on wifi.. i couldnt get the update d.. did it manually from the phone settings keep notifying me there isnt any new updates.. zzzzzzzzzzzzzz

yesterday my friend's phone battery drained very fast , he checked that it runs the app called gpsd, not sure what is it.... but today ok, this app not pop up anymore...

he google it, found that few people also kena this problem, but all not sure what is it

does anyone know what this GPSD is?
