good IOPS, (i dunno if i get that right)

a decent write and read speed (+ - 500MB/s)

price RM500 + - ..

I heard Crucial and Corsair are the best.
have a look here, ppl selling ssd at garage sales.

i dont mind where im getting my SSD.. just want it to be delivered within a few days.. (im really impatient once i place my order) hahahaha

was thinking of crucial and corsair too.. but seems like OCZ and Kingston is not a really bad choice too.. but i think i'll go for crucial or corsair... now.. i need to know which model =.=

You might want to rephrase that, Intel 520 series is the best all rounder if you were to compare with OCZ Vertex 3 and Corsair GT. Much better than crucial M4.

I do agree Intel 520 is better(+2 more years of warranty compared to other competitors and better performance) than M4 but barely better than vertex 3. anyway as for me the main factor is price.

Yes..somebody do the honours to make the v7 thread..make sure that the person that makes the v7 thread will always be active in the g series forum...
