i have read previous thread ma brows.gif .said "harvey norman have sell everki beacon". then, i go there ask have sell this bag or not, then one salesman help me to find this bag.
Wait my g55vw laptop come first, then only can review. from now i just transfer my old stuff to this new bagpack. I would say power adapter has need a "standard power adapter bag"(not sure g55vw power adapter can fit) coz only 2 main side hmm.gif game console sleeve might not use doh.gif

i like the zip design like ROG logo drool.gif
u can put the adapter and other stuffs to console sleeve depend on you nod.gif
just buy few hours, quality i would not say so much.if suddenly break then shakehead.gif

one things important is limited lifetime warranty laugh.gif

Was thinking about getting a Sager next month biggrin.gif wanted the MSI gt60. But man, something about the looks annoy the hell out of me. Xoticpc made a fan - noise/cooling/effectiveness comparison between the gt60,g55 and the np9150 (the one i wanted) and MSI was the worst among all three. Even the build quality is below Sager n Asus. But i'm probably getting a Sager for their upgrade friendly and easy-to-molest compartments laugh.gif

I didnt say it was better. But both have the same cooling system where two fans/vents blowing each for the gpu and cpu. The only problem I would face would be the Np9150 making quite a noise when the fan is underload. This is where the G55 is good at (and i'm sure the G75 will be even better due to its larger chassis). They hid the noise well within its thick G55 body. Hence it's all silent and stuff. But i've read so many readings where playing games in high/ultra settings. The temp gets really really high too for the G55 (about 80-88C?) And the fact they're running with the new kepler card, gtx660m in comparison with the stock Sager np9150 running with the older fermi card, GTX670m. So i'm not too sure. Maybe some of you guys can confirm this? (i know ykgen is the only one facing this problem laugh.gif) But i did see the G55 (3d version) when i was in Lowyat. Man it was hugeeee sweat.gif

I was doing my research between the cooling in GT60. np9150 and G55. The MSI marketed themselves with (lol) turbo fan boost. They have only one fan blowing the cpu and gpu. And when under extreme load, man it is noisy as hell. So for cooling effectiveness, and fan noise level. MSI gt60 is definitely out for me. Steelseries is a plus though.

I actually like the simple look on the Sager over the MSI. So maybe thats why laugh.gif

but in terms of look, G55 > np 9150 > any other laptop > GT60.

Agreed, the g55 looks is damn cool man..temp wise is also good..but I expected lower temp for the g55..maybe I should change the thermal paste once the warranty ends..but temp overall is good and very stable..gtx 670m should have higher temp than 660m..so will the np9150 gpu have higher temp than the beast gpu?

was going through the temps reading in NBR, even ppl with gtx675 are getting similar temp readings with the G55 with gtx660m. So i was like shakehead.gif but noise level are definitely better with the G55.

and maybe for work and assignment purposes. I will get a 680m in the future. Maybe will get the stock gtx 670m first. Then i'll post a review about their temps reading. Now i'm gonna save up money first. Or in case AMD fix their Enduro issues with the Sager and more Adobe and autodesk friendly. I'll definitely get them too biggrin.gif

anyway, yeah, should apply the thermal paste biggrin.gif its pretty cheap though. But i couldnt fine anyone selling them in LYN. Hmm

Yea,thinking of hetting the diamond thermal paste..but not now la,because the f***ing warranty sticker is on the heatsink screw...wait until warranty finish..dont forget to mention that the np9150 is rm5399(correct me if im wrong)..thats rm 1400 more than the beast..so must save more money la tongue.gif
