-Sony xperia U. But limited internal storage considering that it doesn't have a card slot.

Bluetooth only can transfer contacts, others files cannot.
Tethering I'm not sure, but it can if I'm not mistaken. There's an internet sharing option in settings there.

Camera is good. But it will be very very good if u know how to adjust the settings, it should work well enough if u know how to operate a basic camera. Most reviews use auto settings.

It depends on how long can you wait . Are u referring to nexus s or galaxy nexus? Im sure galaxy nexus screen is near S3 devices..
