What's the most different between s advance and s3 mini?

Hi all, want to ask.

Im aiming for camera phone, last phone is arc s.

currently eyeing for 12mpx sony experia ion/sl.
wondering if nokia lumia series is better than those in term of spec and camera quality. i've used both brand, and i find that both are great. tempted with carls zeiss lens, in the same time i prefer sony design and android rather than window

my budget is something no more than 1.4k. if i have more money i'll snatch pureview 808.

please share your view and experiences. thanks!!

S Advance will be having a look similar to the s2, while the mini will be exactly like the s3 juz tht its smaller and specs are lower... both screens are 4 inch.. Primary cameras are both 5mp... Mini's secondary camera will be VGA while S Advance will be 1.3MP....Video will be at 720p for both phones. Ppi will be 233 per inch for both phones... S3 mini will be lighter 8grams then the s advance.... It all comes to personal prefence since the specs are almost identical..... The s3 Mini will be newer since it has juz launch in Malaysia officially.... If u like squarish phones... the S Advance will be the way to go.... If u like the s3 but dont like the big screen of it.... go for the s3 mini...

Nokia's camera stabilization would be better according to my testing with the lumia 920 in LowYat Plaza today....

Xperia P... AP set should not exceed 900...

Xperia P is a nice way to go with a 4 inch screen and the metal housing.... its in JB update list according to Sony.. u should be able to get below 900 for AP models... Camera will be 8MP primary... Secondary will be VGA....

if you want just top up get lumia 820 or 808, yet MP is nothing at all
is just the picture size only

for spec you can't compare both of them as both of them using different OS

s advance is similar to S ~.~

My family is going to buy me a smart phone which costs less than 1k. My needs are:

Big screen as I will be reading lots of stuff (PDF ebooks etc) on it, and watch youtube videos on it as well.

Good sound quality because I will use it a lot to listen to music. I am planning to listen to it while jogging.

Decent memory because I have some music files and PDF documents to store.

Processor need not to be too good because I will not play games on it and since reading and listening to music doesn't require too much processing power anyway. It is good enough as long as it doesn't lag.

Can check email/facebook/google maps/GPS/youtube

Camera also need not to be too good. Not much use as of now.

Can use WiFi.

Durable. Planning to use at least 4 years?

After some research, I plan to buy a ZTE Acqua V880E. Any thoughts?

correction sifu 808 pureview is not just about pixels count but how you use those megapixels Even both your note 2 and S3 combined still cant do what 808 can.






you can shoot @ 41 MP for the extreme detail or 3MP, 5MP or 8MP to utlized lossless zoom with pureview rich recording quality.
