Hey Guys,
To be on teh safe side better put up ur stroies on the contactor on this website:
https://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...8&hl=contractor

Those who are looking also may be able to find gd one's here. I called Desmond for an appointment in 2012 when looking to get a quote but he never showed up (thank god) and another guy from Stilux also was operating in DA but was very responsive to my requests. But his price was expensive. Then i got another old Chinese uncle contractor who did a relatively gd job and was cheap for concrete works, plastering and basic plumbing and electric works. He did most of the work himself with some assistance from an Indian worker and tiling expert.

Then i did the alarm, auto gate, grilles, mosquito netting, glass awning and etc etc individually. More work but satisfaction

may i know how much per square feet for the mosquito net installation? Thinking of installing it too.

My guy charged me a bout RM 9 per sq ft. However after he measure and all you can ask for discount lah. My guy gave me a gd discount compared to the others so i went with him. His work is quite good and if you have any problems he gives a 3 year warranty. I called him back twice and he came back and rectified. Just the normal glue giving way problem.

instead of one FB group for each phase why not just a general DA FB group?  even the Fernlane FB group has less than 40 mbrs till now..
*
The General one already exist but it only handles Macro view. You need to have a smaller groups where you can discuss smaller issues and which may not be relevant to others in the big group. I just formed a group for Ivy and Clover (which share the same entry point) . Anyone interested?

Hey Guys looking at few Mulberry Grove corner units. The owners are asking fro RM1.55-RM1.6M ( corners) and RM1.3 ++ M for slightly bigger endlots. Is this reasonable? Does anyone know what the purchase prices of these units were?
Comments appreciated smile.gif icon_question.gif

All bro and sis...recently Denai's contractor came for all the tab and electric main meter installation, one of the contractor worker telling me that they can help me change the water tank structure to direct and to make my up stair water pressure more stronger and no need to buy water heater with pump....actually does it true ?
*
I did not do it but yes a direct connection will make a big difference in your pressure. You will safe electricity and have high pressure. Your only issue is when there is no water supply (Syabas cut) you will have to use very old an dstagnant water from the tank which f rotoilet purpose should be ok but for brushing teeth/bathing not really advisable.
This is just my opinion

I see, thanks for your feedback bro. Now was thinking to install water pump...Water pressure for master room was pretty weak.  hmm.gif  hmm.gif
*
No probs chances are if you do not connect direct you have to install a pump bcoz the water pressure lis kencing only if not. NOt sure but teh 3 stroey houses as tehy may have better pressure to the lower floor bathrooms. If two storey house the second floor bathroom really crappy pressure.

I use Grundfos pump before it will do the job and reliable smile.gif

Cheapest place to but is place called Builders Hardware in Kepong. Look them up online.
