I believe so long as the original architect drawing of our house, perimeter of the build-up area remains intact then we are OK.. Otherwise it has to get approval kot..

There is a reason why in general perception the sand bricks are cheapo.. The price difference already determine its quality unfortunately... I don't believe sand brick is used in low cost apartment simply becoz it is harder to break, and I can hardly see any decent developer using clay bricks for those budget properties..

just collected the key... why would SD gives me a foldable gate without the autogate system!?

The fold-able gate has its con, the surface where the stainless steel (i hope it is s.s!) bar laid on the ground must be 99.9% flat, otherwise the motor will get koyak easily when the surface is not 100% flat and it has to use extra force to push the gate out....
