i normally use my dslr photo as my wallpapper XD

The Pavillion one, yes, looks sparse, probably because of all the spaces. Not my favorite place to go to sort of "kick the tyre", since every time I have done so some Sales Exec crowds my personal space like I'm going to pull the security tag on it and run with it.

MacStudio Lowyat, In front of Lowyat and at Times Square all go no stock, no display unit.

Which is why I prefer machines. I could do anything, bar maybe trying to do a drop test and no Sales Exec is going to kacau me until and unless I call them out to ask questions.

I followed that discussion. The cost apparently is about 50 pounds,before the mods intervened when the discussion turns to piracy.

I do not understand why people can have 20-30 tabs at one go.
Close the tab when you are not needing it.
For you to read later, use Readability or Instapaper.
Don't keep it open.

I can work faster with Aperture, iWork, and iMovie.
I used MS office few days ago. I felt like I'm on another planet.

Saw form mac rumors forum has somebody upgrade their ram for 2012 mbp. Got the model from the picture attachment.

Those seems to be Corsair ram modules. You should be fine with those. Mushkin also works well.

is the pro using a standard 2.5 inches notebook hardisk

Once decided on the lower end MBP RD, cannot change the harddisk in the future...

But it cost about RM1900 more to get the higher end MBP RD

Even buying a 1TB Time Capsule cost about RM999, right?

Working professionals usually keep their work related documents on external hard drives. Get the 256GB choice unless you have the dough.

Going to USB3, you get around 80-110MB/s transfer speed, depending on the rotational speed of your external hard drive platter. I get 80MB/s on my 1.5TB Seagate GoFlex USB3 5400rpm external hard drive. I toyed with the idea of getting the Thunderbolt adapter for this drive, but the bottleneck is the 5400rpm HDD itself.

Testing this with a 240GB SSD Thunderbolt LaCie drive I borrowed from a friend, I get around 400MB/s transfer. The best would be from my Pegasus R4, around 550-600MB/s but this unit isn't portable. The WD Thunderbolt Duo 6TB I have clocks in at 160-180MB/s.

Yes, I have seen a smattering of desktop RAMS. Wonder if the speed will force some type of heatsink on the macs.
