i think as long as fulfilled by lazada themself will be less risk, rather than other vendors

I bought quite a few things from them recently. Like a PS4 with the games, then watches and also phone battery. No problems so far.

Anyone tried using the fireworks voucher recently? I'm starting to think the fireworks vouchers don't work no matter what you buy.

Seems like buying from lazada is pretty much hit and miss. Sometimes good sometimes bad.

I bought a steamer. They say delivery is 2 weeks, end up become 3 weeks.

Yep with apps. And been trying for the past three weekends. When u 'add a coupon code' it shows the discounted price but when I click payment it says voucher failure. I tried all 3 types of payment btw. Cc, paypal and direct debit. Just wondering if anyone used those vouchers and succeed?

Read the fine print - each firework voucher must have a minimum amount first before cn apply.

Recently bought the ATH-M50x, managed to hunt down one with "Fulfilled by Lazada". Used the code, BIGAPP10 (10% off with max of RM50). Total purchase was RM539 - RM50 = RM489.
Immediately after payment was received and processed, item was marked as shipping and within 2 hrs, GDEX picked up and was delivered next day! So this was fast and satisfying...

However my previous purchase of my PC casing (fulfilled by a 3rd party vendor), was dragged on for more than 10 days, with the status at "being prepared to be ship-out". Finally after giving them a call to complaint, they stated that it takes "10 working days for shipping". So on the 15th day, it arrived.

So what I'm trying to say is, as long as it's directly supplied by Lazada, it should be fast, however, 3rd party vendors are a hit-and-miss kind of deal...

I bought a headset from a third-party vendor on Lazada and it turned out ok though! so @MaKiMo yup seems like hit-and-miss ....

Anyway the only reason why I still bother shopping with Lazada is because I can get cashback from sites like Shopback (double cashback now stacked with Lazada's HSBC discount really hard to resist) , plus where I live it's pretty ulu

Should be OK one. I tried few times buying a ceiling fan with 50 off 300 and Asus Padfone S 100 off 600. Sometimes they do separate their codes. Some must use in browser, some use in app.

Just got a brother fax ink jet for my aunt, 75 off 500 while myself bought a Dell lcd with 100 off 500 later when they sent me an email around 12am, notifying about the midnight sale.

Both arrived this week and totally satisfied.

Are lazada having 10% storewide off now?
When buying via my phone apps, I automatically have extra 10% off everything at the final checkout page.
Or is it just me as I made a complain recently (bought something few days back where it is suppose it be 10% or max 300 discount, then few days later the order were cancelled with the lame reason 'System Error')

Yes I tried everything, with browser, with app, with paypal, credit card and online banking, they just won't let me through with payment. Anyways there were firework vouchers every week at that time, I tried for 3 weeks. In the end I used the RM30 app voucher for a RM700 printer and the payment went through smoothly. bummer.

Oh, a bit wasted. They have this 75 off 500 codes. If not, you can wait till weekend where they normally have 10% off when you pay with CIMB debit/credit card.
