Just purchased an office chair and look at what I got instead.

Delivery guy said I can't return as they're only in charge of delivery. (Skynet)

Lazada ignores me as soon as I asked for refund.

My shopping experience on lazada quite ok previously. Long time ago their shipping is very fast, today ordered tomorrow can received. Since early this year, lazada added the estimated shipping arrival date on all their items, mostly is about 1 week time.

Recently realized that Lazada starting to charge Delivery Surcharge (RM5, RM10, RM15, etc) on all their local shipping items to East Malaysia. Previously only certain items affected, but now surcharge on every items. Quite disappointed.

I want to pay using m2u method using android apps for lazada. Stuck when requesting TAC as I cant close the TAC windows.. :sigh

i ordered a sewing machine a few days ago and then a few days later i found a cheaper one so i send an email to lazada that i want to cancel my order. they said just decline the delivery. how do i do that? what should i say to the delivery guy?

today my lzd order kena cancel again. damn angry!

I ordered an office chair as well, COD. The box they used was damaged and torn all over, however the chair itself was in pristine condition. Come November it'll be a year since I used it.


I also had one of my order cancelled. 2 bookshelves, reason of cancellation was because the dealer couldn't deliver it on time.

I don't think they intend to advertise something that is out of stock.
It may be an item that is low in stock and when many buy it at the same time, they got to buy it, but there is only so many stocks left.
I don't know, maybe it's the online system that is not efficient. Or maybe it's the ppl didn't count the stocks right before they compute into the system?

That simply means they don't have a good enough system. It is not people's fault for the sheer number of people buying the same thing at the same time.

Im guessing its the latter. When i bought my dac in lazada, it is the last unit available Just after i paid for the dac, i checked again the same product and it stated out of stock.

Give you discount for purchasing Brand New item but the item received is actually opened/used product. What's the point of getting a "little" cheaper for such huge sacrifice?

Written an in-depth & honest review at the product page but was never posted. Written to the customer service for explanation but was ignored! Lazada obviously is trying to cover up!

Total waste of my precious time to buy, the effort to return, to wait for refund, the effort and time for the honest review.

They are typical China way of doing business! NOT RECOMMENDED TO BUY FROM THEM!

I bought headphone before, choose black but i received white.

To avoid any hassle i just accept as it is because its cheap.

Maybe this is their way of getting rid some of their dead stock.

I still dont have gut to buy thing from them.
Too confusing and risky. I noticed some of the item, the title and description are different.
For example when i look at to buy mechanical keyboard.
At title mentioned blue switch but in description "brown" switch. Wtf

Hi all, first time shopper with Lazada. Want to ask some questions

1) How you all get those discount vouchers?

2) If choose Cash on Delivery option, do they use one of the couriers like Gdex TaQBin or Poslaju? or do the sellers send their staff? Do they call you to confirm when they going to come? haha most of the time I not in. Can share your experience?

indeed this is very bad experience you had with lazada....give them a call / email to them / post in their facebook. i heard alot of forumer mentioned the best way to get their response fast is pm them thru facebook...No worry, you can file up your case with kpdnkk.

So far my experience with lazada is very pleasant.

5 month back i purchased a latex pillow from lazada ( sold and fulfilled by some other local merchant ). COD by Taqbin. Once arrived the taqbin ask me to check whether is it the correct item that i am suppose to get. I open up and it's not the model which i order. they ask me to seal it back and will take it back as return.

Few week back my order ( free item with TV3 code ) has been delay for 3 days. I call up lazada and inform them. Day after, it was delivered by Skyney ( skynet was the one holding up because of too many shipment at that period ). Representative from lazada call me up to follow up with my case and apologize for the delay.

i saw this on lazada and the price is wow but i dunno is it safe to buy and it say stock not enough any1 with experience with lazada?
