I experienced my first problem with lazada today. bought something from S&L Audio Visual last saturday and today i got an email of cancellation. reason given, Seller cannot meet estimated deadline. what a bullshit reason. i advise you guys if you want to buy something from lazada, just make sure it is sold and fullfilled by lazada. this seller S&L Audio Visual is really a lousy seller. not buying from this S&L Audio Visual anymore. remember this name of this shop,

so far so good. no problem with lazada. normally people that encounter problem is from merchant not lazada, but lazada will help to fix it. though most of the time the products came were in faulty or not as described but email them regarding the issue they will reply within 24 hours (working days) and return the item back to lazada. they will investigate the faulty/ wrong item within 2 working days and refund the money back to you if it meets their terms and conditions. money refund will be within a week.

nothing much to complain compared to online shop like living social, mydeal etc. this is way better. *just that the price of items are more expensive compared to outside*

I bought quite a few things from them recently. Like a PS4 with the games, then watches and also phone battery. No problems so far.

Lazada and Zalora are where I shop online. Ebay too.
Lazada offers better eletric and electronic stuffs, while Zalora offers affordable handbags.

I had ordered from Lazada printing machine, wardrobe, hair clipper, sewing machine and water filter. No problem has happened until now.

They always update me via sms/email about the order status. The delivery is fast and accurate. The items look the same as shown in the photos. I only recommend electric or home stuffs.

Phones/laptops are not all good deals. Some have no warranty. I'd rather buy secondhand.

yeap yeap true! Kena by mydeal dealmates banyak kali. More than 3months also didnt deliver item and always keep giving same reply. Terus dispute get back money from Paypal

not only that, call up, no one pick up. call up everyday only be able to claim back the refund after 2 months. waste my time and phone bill.

+1 also warranty if its local warranty, make sure the merchant is with good rating. or else, got warranty also = no warranty.

So true totally time wasting! That time i waited for nearly three month.. still they dont bother. until i call up bank and let the bank to alias with them only they refund me the money. (bcos that particular deal web dont have paypal so terpaksa use visa/master options) Now scare already so only buy physical item from Groupon. Cos groupon support much better than others from what i experienced. if from other deal web buy food voucher only hahaha!

i had problem with my order last time. so i sent email to them. the action taken later on quite fast that i'm initially mad at them cool down a bit

i got my paypal refund a day after cancellation. good response from lazada but im definitely not buying anything from this merchant S&L Audio Visual anymore. from now on, im only buying something sold and fulfilled by lazada.

Bought tv but was never delivered 1 week after estimated dates. Requested for refund and was done.

just wanted to know about the products are they genuine?

bought a digital camera from lazada website,

after payment confirmed, everything seem very smooth until 2 working day later.

received an email stated the items is out of order and not available,

few working day again, i received my refund successfully.

also afraid, but felt waste time. if the items not available, should just remove it !

i had another issue with lazada purchase but item still delivered successfully even though the skynet tracking is ..... lol

i guess as an online shopper in malaysia after u click buy it isnt the end of the purchase. u have to monitor the delivery and contact lazada/shipping company do whatever u have to until the item is delivered.

i only shop for items labelled 'fulfilled by Lazada'. if from marketplace, is 3rd party vendor and is not as reliable.

i ordered a camera. got it delivered the next day. then return it back last week. and received the payment today.

quite hassle free. i must say, quite impressed actually. bought few times already and delivery is good.

but i only order if fulfilled by Lazada. if not maybe got bad experience like others here.

i had this case with the camera i bought. in the ads, it shows 100% genuine guaranteed.

upon receiving, i checked the menus and quickly realized it is a fake version or copy version.

so i contacted them back and return the item. got my money back today.

I am one of the Lazada merchant (vendor), and need clarify here. We have a 48hrs update of shipment set by Lazada and most of the time we updated it within that period. After that, it is Lazada that arrange the pick up from our warehouse with their "Appointed" courier companies (which most of the time delay for COD pick up). And what we can do is chasing Lazada by calling and emailing them again and again to make the arrangement. However, the repliessss they gave us are the same as to buyer: WAIT.

er...lazada now change their courier to "Lazada Express" LEX. anyone have any experience? no tracking code give or anything, just this:

"Your item(s) has been shipped with LEX (Lazada Express) and will reach you on the next 1-2 working day."
