DON'T USE LAZADA!!!

Tan Radio in JB were cheaper and faster than Lazada. TR couldn't have possibly been further away on the peninsular but they got it to me in 2 days, which is more than 3 times faster than Lazada.

BTW Lazada have had my money 3 days short of 2 months.

Worst online retailer, anywhere, ever!

Never get tempted by their offer. Recently I placed an order for a blood pressure monitor due to attractive price. I did not receive the item within the agreed delivery time. After numerous calls to both Lazada and their courier partner GD Express, I was told to wait and after almost 20 days finally I managed to get the item cancelled and refunded after a a week time. It was nightmare ordering from Lazada. Maybe not all customers faced this but just an advise to you, not buy electronic items online.

Looks like Im about to get my first negative Lazada experience. I dont really know if Lazada problem or merchant problem.

It should be either Lazada failing to pay the merchant I guess due to discount code being used. Bought a Padfone S for my mom and still nothing it was updated to packed and ready for shipping since 5/2/2015. This is way too long really. Usually got mine within a week. Im gonna call Dialog Hub to double confirm what is going on since Lazada is keeping mum on the matter.

First off let me start by saying that I am in no way affiliated with this company, merely sharing my experience.

I just bought a PS4 on Lazada, decided to give it a go despite many negative reviews because it had the COD option (which seems relatively safe since I won't lose anything) and I had a discount code which made it really cheap. Placed my order on Wednesday night (Around 11.30pm) and received an email saying that my item has been shipped and should arrive within 2-4 days on Thursday.

I expected to receive my package on Saturday or Monday as they apparently shipped it out after 5pm. Imagine my surprise when I received a phone call from the delivery guy from Ta-Q-Bin the next morning saying that he's arriving within 5 minutes. I did ask him whether I could inspect the items first but he insisted that I pay first and settle any discrepancies with Lazada. I was slightly put off but thought that maybe it had to do with some customers returning/refusing to accept the items lol. Fair enough, I paid him the cash and he released the item to me.

My PS4 arrived in good condition and everything works fine, however I am very disappointed that even though the page definitely stated "SEA Warranty", the set I received is from Hong Kong and the warranty isn't covered here in Malaysia. The barcode sticker (put on by Lazada I suppose) also mentions it as "PS4 Glacier White (SEA Warranty)". I suppose it's something that I can live with though so I'll just leave it at that. After all the price is really low lol.

TL;DR : My first experience with Lazada went relatively well, received my item within 2 days of ordering. Item received does not match description 100%, although it is in good working condition. Always opt for COD for peace of mind.

FYI PS4 Console, HK set = Asia set mah, Lengcai.
You should register the warranty with your ASIA PSN ID.
Just surf to official playstation website and login with your ASIA PSN ID, then register your PS4 Console in your Account with the PS4 serial number on the packing box.
Then you would get the warranty as promised.

However you would not claim the warranty directly from your buying merchant, as it gives you slower process since you have to send your faulty hardware (if so) at your cost and the Merchant may have to charge you as they same need the cost to send back to SONY Service Centre.
The warranty is direct to SONY official SERVICE CENTRE which is major locate at SONY official STORE.
Once you have your hardware record in your PSN Profile, you can send the claim direct to SONY SERVICE CENTRE anytime if faulty by the warranty period offered.
It is not regarding any warranty to the Merchant, sadly to say.

For me, the warranty can gain from KLCC SONY Service Centre if you are in KL. And mostly it takes up 3 weeks to return from RMA.

BTW, how to collect the BCard point right now?

I had collected BCard points once.
But Lazada had removed the BCard No. column when placing orders.

Now can't ever collect any BCard Points though.
Anybody knows how?

Thanks a lot for the clarification, managed to register my console. I was confused as the box stated that the warranty only applies in Hong Kong sweat.gif

As for the Bcard points I was able to enter my card number on the order confirmation page (after placing the order).

Btw I am not a "cai" lol whistling.gif

After complaint to Consumer Tribunal, what happened? Did Lazada do anything? Or they do not have to do anything?

Anyone who experience "No Stock" get compensation or something?

Any Law expert here?

Even if we purchase with COD, and the deal is on, the order is confirm, they cannot simply said "No Stock" right?
The purchase contract is ON.

How to sue them and make them punished?

Just faced similar situation with you. i Bought a Laptop from their Lazada sold by their merchant using the 10% storewide discount but no response since 25/2/2015.

Status just stuck at Your item(s) is being packed and ready for shipment at our merchant's warehouse.

I made few complaints to Lazada and they keep delay and ask me wait. When i want to cancel since they dont want deliver to me, they dont let me cancel. I threaten to make a complain to tribunal now they say if i dont receive within this few days, they will refund me. Damn terrible shakehead.gif

im not from lazada but i help to build kinda similar web system or so call the web business process flow.

sometime it's their vendor fault. vendor didnt update their stock into lazada system. some people have to wait another month to ship in.

during packing or delivery, not allow to cancel because when product is already in courier warehouse which out of lazada control.

let say client cancel during halfway of the delivery (inside van) , but then they still keep the package.
How to take back?

Lazada cannot do anything except keep chasing vendor. bad vendor must be punish. lol
