Lazada cannot do anything except keep chasing vendor. bad vendor must be punish. lol

Hi,

I am one of the Lazada merchant (vendor), and need clarify here. We have a 48hrs update of shipment set by Lazada and most of the time we updated it within that period. After that, it is Lazada that arrange the pick up from our warehouse with their "Appointed" courier companies (which most of the time delay for COD pick up). And what we can do is chasing Lazada by calling and emailing them again and again to make the arrangement. However, the repliessss they gave us are the same as to buyer: WAIT.
