why did u change the compresor ?
it's supposed to last. most of the time it's the evaporator that gives way first.

aircon mostly leakage on hose if not cold.compressor seldom fail 1 la.

It's a used car and the previous owner never even bothered to do air con servicing since the car was bought new..

It's good to have basic car air-cond basic maintenance to remain its good condition. Just like doing a constant car service, air-cond system needs a constant service too.

I'm drive viva 850, my problem is my aircond so like dying in afteroon so hot.. blower also slow... But at night or when car moving its cold... The problem is I already spend rm400+ 7month back to replace the blower + service.. But now the problem happen again.. Hope u guys can advise me which shop is realy reliable.. FYI the previous pomen very f***er!! Idiot!!.. How come he change the blower .. While the problem is only the wiring!.. And the best part this bloody f***er is my fren... Haisshhhh.. And + damage 'calar2' too my dashboard.. Button cold only can twist half.. Haishhhh what a bad luck to me..to have fren like this... Help me guys ..

Yeap, that's the price for Kelisa. I believe different car may vary.
Not to forget the condenser was replaced during the first repair, thats about less that RM300.

Added all together I'd say less than RM1.5k for KELISA.

If you can't fully twist the knob it might be caused by a sticking cable. You could DIY remove the glove box, and then wiggle or pull the cable atop the blower to find out where it's stuck.

Hows ur aircond? Has been solved or not? I'm having same problem...1st time just change the compressor (RM300). Unfortunately the compressor kong and has affected my whole A/C system.

Then i went to other workshop and has to change whole system...compressor, evaporator, condenser, valve and piping + modification (RM1.6k).

Try to claim from 1st workshop but the workshop refuse to give me anything.

Now, still having problem with my A/C...not cold enough on daytime...at night OK. Already went to 2nd workshop...the mech said its high pressure...done some fixing and said 'if anything happen come here'.

From my knowledge and experience, this problem is cause by Fault Gas or Compressor problem.

Please share anything coz i've already spend RM1.9k...~mggu dpn nk raya dowh~

1.9k !!! Damnn... I think that suppose fix everything.. even whole system is new... I had a same problem like u.. From shop to another.. But problem doesn't fix.. Thn I try cheelam shop.. First quite scared.. Already spent few rm 5-600 but aircond still hot.. But after I sent to them.. My problem solve!.. What can I say.. They do a great job.. Been charged rm 800 + discount some more.. They are very detail in every aspect.. Somemore..with oldtimer n detail in every job.. I 100 percent recommend...

same as mine...kancil 850...services+change compressor also did't work
night or rain day very cold but 12 at noon make me sweat


last time on my previous car Saga 4G93, for 1.3k i get the whole new aircond system
installed from nothing(my car have NO aircond system for a several years after converting engine)
only got evaporator inside dashboard. else, installed new(piping, wiring, fan, condenser, compressor).

For Kancil, this is mainly due to insufficient of heat distribution.
Since you have done full service & checked fan, blower and leakage, try to check out your condenser.

Juz service my aircond for rm 300 on iswara, Lucky found out earlier my compressor no oil.

Changed parts:-filter,air cond valve sensor,refill gas,refill compressor oil,the a/c old man is specialist,he told my compressor not so good the piston valve abit jam,due to no oil,so now got oil.still will cold but once compressor spoil ,there is loud noise u heard outside when on aircond,close the A/C and changed to bigger original denso japan compressor rm 6xx.wow ..he guarantee this is good..and cool.

Serviced :-aircond evaporator,and no more noise on my left side below dashboard,it still appears but very little sound,compare to previous so noisy,The A/C men said this is due to the valve sensor,faulty,jammed so it blocks and make noisy noise. This includes my own power sterring oil and he help me reflush and changed a new p/s oil.feels lighter and better.

After service aircond was cold on hot weather,at night i havent fully turn on maximum cold,at level 1 my windows oredi got fog.damm cold..and i notice when i turn on blower to level 2..the air blows stronger and cold .

lucky i take it to service earlier,or else i have to change a new compressor when the old compressor jammed or spoiled due to no oil to lubricate it.

Have you checked aircon fan motor/radiator? Maybe motor not spinning fast enough.
Where is shop in kajang? Need to warn relatives there.

@daikatana88 -At cheras taman len sen,corner lot with big signboard Continental.Khoong Hin ..the uncle expert service A/C and at times u hav to come early to service because he got appointments,and not simply do the job.he's expert even the boss at the shop also says he service car A/C for 20 years experience.nth can stop him from hearing n check ur A/C

i would like to check the extimated price for AC system change for kembara? (compressor+cooling coil+condensor,filter, valve, compressor on air pressure hose (low+high), gas and labour)
i was qoute roughtly Rm1.7k for it would like to know is it reasonable?

Most of the cars complain with AirCond issue seems to be all from P2 .. time to get P1 to have a peace of mind. haha

Happen to me before at my friends father shop. I service change black oil only, then the worker tell me the aircond gas almost empty, ask me do I wanna refill it . I check the price then ok since I come few times d, can be trust gua. At first is ok, the next day not so cold d. Went back check, say might be leaking then refill again but still not working. straight tell me sitcoms spoil need to service cost me around rm1500. Of course I refuse. Feel cheated and not going back there anymore. Who know later ask me change engine also? Finally fix at other place recommended by sister, atleast bettter abit even cost me a lot. 2 months later accident, hit a Merz, aircond spoil again. But thanks to insurance, I claim a new aircond. Even much cooler then previous one. Feel cheated again. No offense but I feel hard to find a trustworthy mechanic now a days..
