if have this SYNC problem ask the SA, he said that normal, are sure? sound like the side mirror already fully expand but the motor still running, i think it just put unnecessary force to motor, in the longer run it will causing the problem to the motor/servo.
and he said : you know right how long the warranty. |

Good Morning Previans , Just a question here, tried checking the front page but doesn't seem to have the answer. What's the recommended tyre pressure for our Preve? I know the sticker there stats 31 or 30 PSi if I'm not wrong but some said it looks quite flat / under inflated...so what pressure does u guys put? Hope to seek a helpful reply alright. Thanks
@Dhuang (TS): Not sure if you have updated my name that I've received my ride...Anyway here's some details of it again Booked : 29/3/2012 Received: 16/6/2012 Chassis No: 58xx Number plate: WWS 38xx |

QUOTE(ahaks75 @ Jun 15 2012, 07:37 PM) The C-pillar wind noise will be fixed by SC. I think this is an easy job since they fix it very quickly. Thanks. But I guess it's the engine fitment de to new parts. Clearance issue. The battery terminal, I think will be fixed even if you don't ask. I've never have any problem with engine shutdown and I've never complained about the battery terminal, but on my service sheet, I can see they replace the battery terminal. I don't think there is such thing as ECU remap. When I got the car, the car is much better than the test drive unit (very less sluggish) and....over time, you can feel that the sluggishness dissapear completely. At first I thought it is me that is getting used to the car but, when I asked my sister and my father to drive the car, both of them don't feel any sluggishness. So, I guess the response will be better over time. Now, I have no problem to `pecut' at the junction or roundabout or at the traffic light and its easy to give others `makan asap'. QUOTE(maverickng @ Jun 16 2012, 10:19 AM) c pillar wind noise...battery they just change the battery terminal? Things with turbocharging. Over oil pressure can cause turbo seals to worn off and causes sluggishness to the engine. When the pistons goes down, it needs to counter the pressure cause by the oil vapor formation.5 litres?is 4 litres....not 5 where u service?small dealer sc cant solve claiming item...need go PE sc ![]() the tread at other forum, stat that too many engine oil cause problem Well, there are a lot of new abreviation I need to get used to... Mind clarifying these for me? What's OWV? HU? in case you are not informed of this, COSE perform car servicing only on Saturdays and close at 1pm. Non servicing matters, Monday to Friday.
Added on June 16, 2012, 11:28 amBTW, has anyone already or thinking of changing the HU in CFE, adding a reverse camera and what accessories have you bought for your car? Just curious.... This post has been edited by kongyw: Jun 16 2012, 11:28 AM |

QUOTE(ben3003 @ Jun 16 2012, 11:14 AM) Well, this is the problem when they use the engine oil suction tool. Some of the inexperience mechanics will try to push the flexible Teflon hose as deep as possible to make sure it sucks the oil clean. But as a result, they pushed too far and the flex hose bends and goes up like a u turn. So, it didn't sucks oil below the tip which may consist 1L. Adding in a full 4L will make it 5L. Problem is, they didn't check the dipstick after service. QUOTE(Optiplex330 @ Jun 16 2012, 11:16 AM) 2 common mistakes I find our mechanic doing: I always overfill my engine oil for track runs. But street... Hmm...1. Over filling the engine with engine oil to above the "MAX" dipstick mark 2. Over inflating the tires. I just don't understand.... But tyre pressure, I suspect the gauge went haywire.
