i can say 55-300 is a very good dx telephoto lens, but low light performance is weak

for bokeh, depends on situation, it can beat my 35mm bokeh anytime

even though bad for low light and a very slow lens, it depends on how you use it as well :

the picture quality drops as the focal length goes higher, not as sharp as those 2.8 lens

f2D is pretty good lens.
i like it very much

around 12 or 15 people if i'm not mistaken
i think you better test out the lens before buying it
can be trusted? never see that website before

and my mistake there, it seems that 55-300 is VRII according to the specs i found on internet
that is the recommended shutter speed, some people have steady hand so they can go very low shutter speed way below the focal length, if got VR you can use slower shutter as well

A lot of old guys shooting at the event... but got one guy especially annoyed me. What gears your uncle use ah? LOL

LOL, I think he probably don't understand English... hahaha! Cause he stupidly walk and stand at the side ROFL. Damn moron... but the thing that ticked me off the most is ah... earlier my gf told me got one uncle kept wanted her to pose for him (she's holding a D90 + 35mm f/1.4G btw)... and she rejected but uncle still insisting... then after the ant incident, wah seh that uncle go approach my gf... she already said no and he kept insisting, this round I straight stand in front of him and ask him to get lost LOL! Really pekcek that time. So irritating... people say no means no la... insist for what right?

But that uncle also geng... he using some canon body (I think is some entry body cause its so small) and a 50mm red ring (1.2L?)... guess what, he request model to run towards him while he shoots... and I saw his pic so damn bokehlicous... including the model HAHAHA!

i slowpoke.. but i guess if you are on a DX body.. you need to multiply by 1.5? macam 50mm should be at least 1/75s (more like 1/80s) instead of 1/50s (or 1/60s)?
