If not mistaken, M43 is panasonic's sensor..only panasonic has M43.. Nex-5N isn't M43..it is mirrorless, using APS-C sensor which is bigger than M43 and four thirds.
Bigger sensor usually means better image quality, better bokeh, shallow depth of field, better at low light.

haha..70-200 2.8~ legendary..used it and am in love with it..haha..ur kit lens is already 18-105..jz get 55-300 lor..when u want wide angle, put on ur kit lens..else jz put on 55-300..

haha..i tested D700 + nikon 70-200.. and also 7D + sigma 70-200 f/2.8.. both are just great and super sharp..
