QUOTE Apple has managed to hit Google right in the gut. Just as Google starts wrapping up one of their best Google IO events in history, Northern California Judge Lucy Koh has sided with the iPad manufacturer. This results in a US temporary ban on one of the most popular and acclaimed Android devices – The Galaxy Nexus. When you can't win, you try to make them stuck with the sales.... urrrgghh |

But Adobe don't certify it. That means Adobe will soon 'Force' us to remove our flash player. Now still can download from Play Store |

QUOTE(FuNks @ Jun 30 2012, 09:19 AM) One sentence - extremely very much slicker and smoother than original ICS. The improvement is very obvious. Apps opening and moving among app drawers is also noticeably faster. The video at launch showing it is indeed true. I tested it first on bigxie JB version, now on Modaco lr1 version |

I think it's the Adobe Flash app they're talking about. Am I right or am I left?QUOTE(Doomsday @ Jun 30 2012, 09:19 AM) http://phandroid.com/2012/06/29/galaxy-nex..._medium=twitter Ah. But this will make US people even more desperate for one. Sometimes the one thing denied to you will be the one thing you want the most. Now Adobe wanted to cease support for Flash from 4.1 onwards but we still downloaded flash from Market which works! Tried on Youtube desktop and Web based Flash Game. The thing is... It's said Adobe will try to 'do something' and force us to uninstall Flash on our device since 4.1 is not certified by Adobe to support flash. But the thing is... Too much devs and old apps on the web are still based on flash. Changing to HTML5 not something that easy and can be done that fast. I hope Adobe change their mind |

QUOTE(phantomash @ Jun 30 2012, 10:23 AM) they wont force users to uninstall, instead they're just going to remove it from market so there won't be anymore fresh install. that's all. and its going to be in effect on 15th August iinm. I read somewhere... Said something about 'doing with play store', 'forcing user to uninstall'. No guarantee but my memory serves me that.so the smart thing to do would be back up flash using TB now to restore it anytime in the future. |
