Yes, obviously.

If you're doing WIPE, then, you'll need GAPPS. Else, just dirty flash the Linaro CM9 ROM will do. The previous GAPPS will retain. If it's gone, then, only flash the GAPPS again. Doesn't hurt at all.

GAPPS can be obtained everywhere... just GOOGLE it.
Latest version should be 429.

any real life ui improvement?? saw the video and linaro just blazes through the benchmark and the stock ICS is still running the benchmark

A little bit of general UI improvement.
But, the GUI Improvement is not related this, it needs to be fixed by Google itself.
Unless, there's super genius developers tried to optimized every GUI, image file size, transition(most important), etc found in ICS.

When ip5 is out. Gonna get ip4 just because of the front camera. Can nexus camera take picture like the IP? For front only. Any 3rd app? Lol

are you serious ??? of course Gnex can use the front cam to snap photo ! you can even shoot video with it hahaha

no 3rd party app required, just use the default camera app. There is a camera icon with arrows below it. Click on it to switch the camera between front and back

With nexus front camera, after taking picture, it rotates to the opposite position. Not like the one you were looking directly into the screen.

Facepalm... It's NOT rotate, it's called FLIP.
After taking the photo, go into the Gallery and press Edit. Then, choose FLIP. Done.

What on the earth is SO HARD about it?
