Nightly is awesome... have been using this days ago! Kind of in love with it.However, it lacks of customization abilities compared to AOKP or Liquid Smooth.

QUOTE(oOoproz @ Jun 11 2012, 04:39 AM) Guys, do u have any idea how to know whether my phone got hacked??? from what I heard android phone is easy for hackers... Yea, it's easy.Every hacker can do that and they'll hack your phone now. You're better off not to use any MAJOR OS as it's very simple to hack. Solution: a.) Try use Linux on PC. b.) Use Nokia 3310, nobody can hack you. Reality, nobody is going to hack you... because you're not celebrities or Justin Bieber. This post has been edited by DarkSilver: Jun 11 2012, 05:30 AM |

QUOTE(djlah @ Jun 12 2012, 04:42 PM) too early to conclude the performance before the actual product release and review. my personal reason is just don't want to support any nVidia, from tablet/smartphone, I hate nVidia rebranding desktop graphics card and overpromising performance, many victim on notebook nvidia 8300M quality issue few years back but nVidia refuse to declare recall all but only fix-on-fail. nVidia fails to compete in Server/Enterprise too after attempt. Another reason why Apple are adopting AMD(ATi) now a day. vernon91, Strange, it should be better than STOCK in everything. |

It seems the Linaro is not quite optimized and usable yet.
Team CyanogenMOD implies that Linaro is breaking their GPS. And, they can't fix that at the moment. I am not sure when will they fix the problem... LOL. |

QUOTE(Dannyl @ Jun 13 2012, 10:25 AM) ORI price now RM1350 only... same as AP... price dropped so much since S3 launched... Then, AP have no value already. EDIT: yes it's from the seller above http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopic=2133766 Ironic, that means Ori have no value also. |

Linaro BASED CyanogenMOD 9 ROM here, http://code.google.com/p/team-keyblade/dow...ro.zip&can=2&q=
This version doesn't have bugs like those other versions did. This means it's GPS is working fine as well as those Wifi, Bluetooth, etc. This post has been edited by DarkSilver: Jun 13 2012, 02:38 PM |

QUOTE(djlah @ Jun 13 2012, 03:57 PM) some of iSheep already wake up and jump ship. no longer 100% of ppl will continue buy next apple product. It'll be great. But, sometime, I like iSheep. Without them, we'll not look superior. Anyway, I don't really think there's a lot of iSheeps are jumping ships. Most likely, minority of them only. |

QUOTE(jujx @ Jun 13 2012, 04:55 PM) Just flash the zip you posted above? Need gapps? Do you have the source where you get it from ? Thanks Yes, obviously. If you're doing WIPE, then, you'll need GAPPS. Else, just dirty flash the Linaro CM9 ROM will do. The previous GAPPS will retain. If it's gone, then, only flash the GAPPS again. Doesn't hurt at all. GAPPS can be obtained everywhere... just GOOGLE it. Latest version should be 429. This post has been edited by DarkSilver: Jun 13 2012, 05:02 PM |

QUOTE(sebastianX11 @ Jun 13 2012, 05:05 PM) lol, din saw the sarcasm.....yeah lam A little bit of general UI improvement."now you can face time over the network" i thought i had tat when i got my first 3G handphone, Nokia 6680!! any real life ui improvement?? saw the video and linaro just blazes through the benchmark and the stock ICS is still running the benchmark But, the GUI Improvement is not related this, it needs to be fixed by Google itself. Unless, there's super genius developers tried to optimized every GUI, image file size, transition(most important), etc found in ICS. |

QUOTE(FuNks @ Jun 13 2012, 07:35 PM) Lol. Guys seriously Facepalm... I meant like the iPhone. With nexus front camera, after taking picture, it rotates to the opposite position. Not like the one you were looking directly into the screen. How how. After taking the photo, go into the Gallery and press Edit. Then, choose FLIP. Done. What on the earth is SO HARD about it?
