Walk-in registration : Go to UCSI University South Wing KL campus and head to block A. You can find our booth there and register from there

1. Registration Fee (inclusive of a running T-shirt): Early bird- RM40 to UCSI students and RM45 to public. Standard- RM45 to UCSI students and RM50 to public
2. This run is open to all participants of all ages in the range of age of 6 to 65 years old.
3. T-shirts will be distributed as follows: Date: 4 September (Friday) and 6 September 2015 (Sunday). Time: Venue: Lobby, Block A, KL Campus (South Wing), UCSI UNIVERSITY.
4. ECA points will be awarded for participation in the AFSA Balloon Run 2015.
5. Registration forms together with the entry fees (in cash) can be submitted by hand to our Registration Booth in UCSI University, South Wing, KL. For Online Registration, please follow the guidelines provided online.
6. Official receipts will be issued upon payment. Kindly bring the official receipt along during the T-shirt collection.
7. No Bag keeping area is provided on the event day.
8. Please bring along your Student ID for UCSI students and Identity Card for Non-UCSI participants (Public) on the event day for verification purpose.
9. Medals and E-certificate will be awarded to the TOP 3 runners from each Male and Female (10KM) category. The runners from each category will also receiving Finisher Medals.
10. The AFSA Balloon Run 2015 organising committee has the rights to modify/change any above mentioned terms and conditions without prior notice.

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the system completed the process of your registration. The Organiser of UCSI AFSA Balloon Run 2015 reserves the right to deny entry to any participants. All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. You have agreed to this policy when you chose to proceed with the registration for the event. All race entries are non-transferable and failure to adhere to this will result in disqualification.
