hahhhahha.. i know that.. even amazon also got (but price higher... carryspeed got discaunt now)
dont want to wait a week for a filter..

just read the review.. lots said its not that good.. the glass can cause distortion & glare..
its better to take Threaded Adapter Ring.. then we can use higher quality polarized filter and ND filter made for DLSR..
biggrin.gif
the problem now, where to get those Threaded Adapter Ring in Malaysia...  doh.gif
*
Taiwan got... but I don't like it cos it makes the camera thicker.

Though sooner or later I need to get something to use ND filter.

Sniper,

Can i know what is your shooting setting?

I set HDR 3.. Sometimes got 'Ghosting effects + Broken pictures'

You shoot all pictures in RAW, right? Yours pictures looks very clean and dynamic! Almost no noise detected..

Thanks.

I never shoot any pictures with tripod.. Point and Shoot.. Keep shooting until i feel satisfy. haha..

Here is a video captured with RX100 during my Trip.

For those wondering how good it can be as a video recording as well.

Just slow shutter speed only. Click the pics and it'll go to flickr. The settings are there.

When you shoot HDR... the camera takes multiple shots and then combine them together so if your subject is moving/shutter speed slow due to lack of light/hands shaking too much... then sure got ghosting and broken pictures.

Hehe Get a tripod then! I recently bought a "smaller tripod" just for my compact camera!

Although not so compact due to the ball head "but" still small biggrin.gif

A tripod ensure there wont be any camera shake hence the no camera shake!

Ok.. i will check your photo description in Flikr for more good secret!
I still haven't make good use of the Memory Recall.

Do you guys using this features heavily? I found myself have to manually adjust setting to shoot most of my pictures. So, 3 settings seems not 'enough'...haa...

The camera tripod use on the coca cola bottle is interesting.
Any special about it? How much the price of it?

Calvin,

What is that camera looks like thing on your tripod function as?

I did used this kind of flexible tripod borrow from my brother. I haven't own any tripod for my camera. It's very useful if i am going to stay at one spot much longer.

Its a ballhead! So its easier to move your camera around and very convenient too!

The Joby(tripod's brand) had a ball head too but it cost RM160 -.-" So I asked them if the screw for the tripod is universal and it is so I am able to use any ball head brands. Thank God! biggrin.gif

any good lightweight and sturdy tripod recommend for rx100?
height around 150cm and adjustable leg.
currently have tamrac zipshot in mind, but its not very sturdy in windy situation and prolly for flat land, which i think weakness is more aside from being very lightweight.

i don't see any rolling shutter effect, more like "rolling camera"... laugh.gif

in fact the frames are "tight", it rendered ghosting instead. hmm.gif

If you're looking for bokeh... straight away get a full frame lah. Kucimiao sensors are not for bokeh shots.
