I wish to get it in 2099 as alieamin did,however today he tells me that the price has increased.

- backup is catch 22. if i don't root i can't do titanium backup. but if i root i may risk loosing my data before i even do a titanium backup.
- i am living happily without this feature.
- don't think i need market enabler. i only use a handful of apps, mainly for work and family.
- i don't visit porn sites too often.

i am just a user. i do not need to be a power user. or at least i don't want to complicate things with my to be beloved s3.

it shouldn't be any risk of loss of data. But even if there is any risk, if do the root as soon as you got the SIII, no data there to lose.

Actually Root is very important for most users who are upgrading from another android devices coz it can make a perfect app+data backup from the old device and restore them in the new android devices. Each and every android phones i used is rooted becoz of the need to use TB.

RRP price is 2199 as set by samsung....however lots of shops out there are selling 100 to 200 sometimes 300rm above set price due to limited stock and high demand...it will take a few weeks for price to stabilize i would guess

64GB Class 10 should be around this price I guess.

want to ask.i bought mine last Thursday from Celcom roadshow at mid valley.
but up until now, i havent received the e-warranty SMS notification.
the celcom staff at the roadshow said that they will register for us.
anybody has the same problem?
any idea on how to get the e warranty?
called celcom, but they said they cannot check whethercelcom has register for our e warranty.
i also sms to check the status of warranty but no reply.

Better get the original charger from samsung !! my ipad battery 'kong' because i used some china-made (cheap) charger............cost me rm700 to replaced a new batt !!!
