Better go to digi centre first and try for 1 to 1 exchange.Samsung service centre mostly for service and repairs only. All service or repairs done within one year is covered by warranty hence it's free of charge. |

nope, you can transfer them as long as you got microsd plug in + that apps support to move the microsd
