got local sellers la, but the prices are all jacked up and very much overpriced. IINM, RAT 3 is RM199, and RAT 5 RM299, RAT 7 RM399.
and their mices are shit anyway.
*
+1 can get in Local shops in LYP but yes they are too expensive to justify imho and there have been no revision on the sensor problem as well

if you're comfortable with the g5 then consider getting logitech g400.
*
That would be a downgrade IMHO... the successor is the G500.. but if there is nothing wrong with the G5, I'd suggest keeping it wink.gif

QUOTE(SiIverStar @ Jun 28 2012, 10:18 AM)
suggest me any brand or model for gaming mouse budget around RM250 below..
can tahan 1 then comfortable... last time i use 3 mouse all sot2 d
2 lachesis and 1 abysus.. all can tahan 1 year only...
*
Good mouse around that price range would be something like the Logitech G500 (Rm180) and the SS Xai (RM249) but if you could top up another RM50 then you may go for something like the G700 even.. I'd also recommend the Logitech G400, CM storm spawn, and also the razer Deathadder...

for reliability I'd go for Logitech cause they're really solid, few of them lasted me more than 2 years before giving problems but I'd suggest for you to stick to whatever that's comfy with your grip & gameplay since hardware reliability boils down to luck most of the time anyways laugh.gif

then go for the Logitech G500 or the SS Xai will do.. if you need more buttons on the side u can go for the G300 as well for RM89 or the new Logitech G600 but it's very new so price and availability is unknown atm

what is the best gaming mouse right now?

how is razer mamba, logitech m950 and steelseries sensei?

im using g5 atm, kinda wanna change.. thanks.
*
forget about mamba... lotsa complaints abt it online in regards to the sensor & battery... the m950 isn't actually a gaming mouse but you can still use it... or else you might wanna opt for the G700 instead...

BTW.. whats your budget?? lolz

logitech g700 is suitable for claw grip or not?
*
G700 is a palm grip type actually, you can easily tell from its design & contours... so no.. its not suitable IMHO

as i know most of those gaming mouse are build with hyper response material.. and there must be some sound there..

u wont able to hear those sound 1(when u gaming).. im razer user also . and.. kinda fall in love with those clicking sound.. **even keyboard with loud clicky sound lolx..

note: my own bedroom..  rclxm9.gif
*
Problem is that the clicking sound disturbs the room-mate lolz... buying a quiet mouse isn't gonna cut it actually... IMHO you should buy ear plugs for him/her instead tongue.gif

how about logitech G9x?
is it suitable for claw grip?

Could be due to its smaller size smile.gif other mice that could be suitable is the G300, CM storm Spawn/Xornet, Razer Lachesis and probably the SS sensei... icon_rolleyes.gif

I was wondering is there any differences when using native OS mouse settings compare to the vendor driver settings?
I found it somehow not the same. hmm.gif
*
should be different IMHO, the firmwares generally alters the way the mouse works, usually claimed "to its fullest potential" other than that macros, shortcuts and custom buttons & lighting will usually only be available through the firmware

Got any difference meh? heavy / light weight. Still prefer it lightweight as possible, mainly use wrist to move around instead of whole forearm moves.
*
That depends on your preference, mouse settings and desktop space wink.gif for me I'm same with you as I prefer lightweight mouse and move with my wrist as table-space is limited tongue.gif but for those who have ample space and uses low tracking speeds for precision.. they would normally use the forearm for a more steady movement

Need recommendations for FULL MATTE mouse under RM100. I have a MX518 but the surface is glossy and it's so yucks (as my hand is slightly sweaty). So if there is a mouse which is very cool like the Armageddon G7 for example, then would be good biggrin.gif

Wireless even better biggrin.gif
*
G400?? RM79-RM89 shaped exactly like the MX518 but it has matte surface and updated sensors

gaming wireless mouse for under Rm100 hmm.gif thats a toughie

Guys, just wondering, any of u own the Gigabyte Force M9 mouse?

I just wanna know what is the 'free-scrolling technology'? Is it the same as logitech's Hyper-fast scrolling? rclxub.gif

not much info from google. sad.gif
*
should be similar.. basically it allows the scroll wheel to spin freely so that you could scroll to the bottom of a page in no time

been using a G400 for a few months now since my 318 died. It's a great mouse is just that sometimes my pinky tend to get tired and lay down on my mousepad, and when i wanted to aim right it's in the way. palm grip here btw
*
Thats normal IMHO had the same issue with the MX518 previously (same design) thats why I changed it to the SS Ikari a while back but I'll probably be going back to Logitech depending on the condition of my Ikari tongue.gif hope they have a wired version of the G700 by then, wireless is great but I have a cat that likes to sweep things down from my table tongue.gif

Guys is there such thing as spill-resistant mouse?

What mouse would be ideal for average gaming with budget of rm 50?

Please recommend different mouse for different budget(rm 20, rm 30, rm 50)

tq
*
resistant spill mouse?? haven't heard of that but generally mouse is kinda safe compared to the keyboard so I do not think anyone made one that is spill / water resistant.. they don't "catch" water as easily due to their (mostly) dome-shaped design

for Rm50 you'd best look at the Gigabyte m6800 at about that price point... its not the best but it gets the job done and its comfy to boot... honestly I think you should at least get the Logitech G400 at RM89.. maybe a 2nd hand unit from GS??

Gigabye m6800 looks nice. What about for rm 30 budget(Ordinary mouse will do)?

Do i need to get a mouse pad?
*
better get a mousepad wink.gif smoother and will ensure that your mouse last longer too (the feet I mean)

I just checked the m6800 is Rm39 and the m6880 is Rm46
http://forum.lowyat.net/index.php?showtopi...=gigabyte+m6800

some ppl is selling the G400 for Rm50+- in the GS too

Lotsa complaints about the Mamba but not that the Sensei is perfect either, scour around for reviewqs and see for yourself wink.gif but between the 2, I'd pick the Sensei
